GBEssential App for your Health I have used this app for few weeks and overall I am very satisfied. The best part of this App is to help with your eating habits in a most simple way. Just take a picture of your meal and post it. Other apps force you to select /enter meal details which is not as easy to use. Also, getting health advice on your meal plan from professionals as part of a subscription is the best way to keep yourself on track. The app has a great potential to offer further improved customer experience. For Example: Integrating with Apple Watch/Fitbit to auto collect my fitness log would be very nice feature to add on. I wish the creators of this app, best of luck!

GBTRY THIS! My husband and I started looking into a better form of nutrition after we opened our Chiropractic office. The craziness of starting a business took over and our health was pushed to the side, especially our diet. We decided we needed to get back on track and create the lifestyle we wanted. Alison and her team were able to provide content that made us feel confident in our decision to change our lifestyle to a whole-food plant-based diet. The videos were informative and gave us the scientific research on why this is the best lifestyle for ourselves and our future family. She offers support and guidance throughout the course, whether you are jumping in with both feet or one meal a day. I personally signed up for the 8 week on line coaching course just to try something new, maybe replace a meal or two with WFPB....instead I followed week one meal plan and haven't looked back since! I have learned so much throughout this course! I feel better, my quality of sleep has improved and I look forward to cooking my meals and having something good for me to eat! I strongly encourage anyone wanting to make a lifestyle change to give Plant Street a try!
