GBI participated in Alison's first 8-week… I participated in Alison's first 8-week consulting group and I learned so much about eating a healthier diet, free from meats, dairy, and oils. Although I did not go "all in" during the 8-week class, I chose to eat Whole Food Plant Based (WFPB) breakfasts and lunches, and try to eat one WFPB dinner each week. The transition was easy because Alison and Plant Street provided recipes and menu plans. As my schedule lightens up over the summer months, I intend to add more WFPB dinners to my weekly meal plan. This has been a great learning experience for me and I recommend Plant Street to anyone wanting to make changes to their current diet. Thank you Alison and Plant Street!!!

GBIt is very helpful It is very helpful! I love how there is videos and instructions how to make healthy food! I started eating lot more cleaner food!

CAThank you Plant Street! My husband and I began looking into changing our diet in February, 2021, because of recent health issues. We came in contact through Facebook with Alison and she became our inspiration and teacher! We watched the videos and began to really understand about eating Wholefood Plantbased! We gained meal plans, recipes, and encouragement through Plant Street and one-on-ones with Alison. Our questions were answered and we are now both doing so much better healthwise eating WFPB.
