GBEveryone seems a little stressed that… Everyone seems a little stressed that works there and that usually comes from management. I also don't understand that at the West Park Surgery Center why if I have a 10:30 Appointment that I don't even go back to pre op for almost 3 hours. It makes it hard for the People that are given you a ride. This happens quite often (just ask the folks in the waiting room)

GBSuper friendly and compassionate staff Super friendly and compassionate staff. Very professional. Not like the old days of pill dr.s. These people treat you with dignity and want what's best for you. They care for your wellbeing. They take the time to go over all of your questions and answer them honestly and intelligently. I'm very fortunate to have found these wonderful people.

GBI recommend this place very highly I recommend this place very highly. I have been dealing with chronic pain for 20 years since my car accident and Dr. Gorman is the first doctor that has not just prescribed medication and sent me out the door. He honestly cares about resolving my pain issues as much as possible. I have had three different procedures done that have all helped in different ways and together we will continue to do what ever it takes to help me to get my pain manageable. I have complete trust in him and that is honestly the first time I have ever felt that way about any of the doctors I have seen over the last twenty years.

GBDisappointed Professional I had an appt at 4pm on Weds 11/26. When I arrived at 3:22, I was told my appointment was at 3pm not 4pm and was turned way with a promise that zDr. Guirguis would call in my prescriptions To my pharmacy as the next appt they could give me was weeks away. No one called in my prescriptions despite the facts told to the very angry receptionist:My husband died the prior Thursday,I had to delay his funeral for one week because it was in another state and I Couldn’t change my appointment.NowI had to delay burying him again because the medicine was not called in as promised.I have been a Hospital Administrator for 27 years and a patient of this organization for 15 years. I couldn’t be more disappointed with them and am considering changing to another Dr. Respectfully, Marianne Frey
