I think dr o is not a nice human being … I think dr o is not a nice human being I thoughtthe with the privilege of being a medical ydoctor you would do no harm yet unless I contracted to have an intervention he wouldn’t see me. And never looked at my mri, treated like a cookie cutter .we are all different and you can’t put patients into your specific catagories. Very disappointed and can’t believe I waited 3 weeks and was offered nothing. I have had all the interventions even scs trial. I really am appalled at medicine today!

Completely humiliated because of my… Completely humiliated because of my anxiety causing my hands to sweat and Dr grabbed my hands and then dropped them stepped back away from me and with a disgusted look on her face and said why are your hands all wet. I answered with I have severe anxiety and this is what happens to me when I'm made to feel uncomfortable. Oh well if you are not just taking all the pills they push on you and useless procedures then this is how you are treated.

Excellent doctors with years of… Excellent doctors with years of experience and solid reputations. I've been seeing them for procedures for about 20 years, and trust them completely.

Dr Guirguis is a great, kind and caring physician Dr. Guirguis is great! He is a kind and caring physician. Since he just moved to Pain Relief Centers, I'll give it 4 stars. The office is old, needs painting and it shares a waiting room with a Cancer Center. (On the day I was there) the Cancer receptionist was asking people who were not Cancer patients to move to the pain side to sit. It was busy, but there were seats. Honestly, given the tiniest fraction of authority, some people (receptionist) will push her tiny authority as far as she can to make herself feel better about a job she must hate. BTW, I sat on the Pain Relief side, but I could see how patients reacted to the Cancer receptionist's order to move. Paint the office and I'll give 5 stars the next review after it's painted.

Would recommend this facility for the Doctors! Great Dr.s and good staff. I would especially recommend Dr. Guirguis to anyone that needs a pain Dr.. Also I have only seen Dr. Otero once however he seems to be a good caring Dr. also. They just need more staff training and a few more tweaks to the office, to make visits more smooth and shorten wait times. I would have given them five stars however the office is terrible working with insurance and getting prior authorizations done in a timely manor! Also a good cleaning would help!
