Awful experience with the company.. Awful experience with the company... They sent expired medical kits and won't take them back, showing some very poor looking documents to prove that items are not expired when the packages say clearly expired June 2021 (now it is September 2021) Customer service was not helpful, manager was rude, he even mentioned that i am not from USA and don't know how the country works, I guess that's how he treats people with a different accent... BTW i am an American citizen for many years. Just beware of this company, they take your money and send whatever...

Great quality products and stellar customer service. We had an issue with shipping phlebotomy chairs and Tiger quickly reshipped the chairs out so there was not a huge delay in continuity of care.
