Outstanding customer service and lowest product prices I am so pleased that I used tigermedical.com to purchase my husband's Lynx4 scooter. The offered price was the lowest anywhere. What really impressed me was their customer service. They listen, take great notes then have terrific follow through. I requested that the they send me a scooter manufacturered in late 2013 and not 2012. They checked the manufacturing date and sent us a scooter manufactured in October 2013. They have outstanding attention to detail.

Send wrong items, cheaper and trying to convince that it is a correct items. Extremely bad customer service, they are not for customers, but to protect Tiger Medical f...….ups, or maybe all these staff done on purpose. Buyer Beware!! I will not spend one dollar with this company. Stay away!!

The most complete selection of medical and healthcare supplies As a home-care nurse, I constantly need various medical supplies. I'm always jumping from one site to the next to search for the various items with my specifications. Recently I found TigerMedical.com, and they have made my life so much simpler. Their site is easy to navigate and they supply any items I may need, with all available options. Their customer service is fantastic - quick, efficient and helpful. Customer service that cares.. We were opening up a practice in South Jersey and needed the tables by a certain date. Jeff, gave us the information on the lead times of each table and we purchased one that would meet are deadline for our office opening. A great job in a time of need It was time to prepare for my hip replacement operation and I was looking for a unique toilet seat, shower bench. I knew it existed but was getting no where trying to find a seller that had it. I searched and called Tiger Medical. They were very helpful in explaining the optional features of a seat which fit my requirements. There was no pressure or rush. I got exactly what I needed with no fuss. Also, the price was right (Since my insurance didn't cover it. When I got it, it was sturdy user friendly and did the job.
