The service on my purchase was excellent. They gave me the info I needed in a friendly, professional manner when first exploring my purchase. When I made the purchase a few months later they did everything to my satisfaction, and at a cost that was even lower than first quoted. I spoke with different employees each time, and all were consistent in the info they gave me. I have only made one purchase from them, but I was completely satisfied with the product, service, and cost.

COMMODE ON WHEELS REALLY ROCKS! THERE WERE SHIPPING ISSUES BUT ONCE RECEIVED, EXACTLY WHAT WAS ADVERTISED/NEEDED/EXPECTED. SAW SIMILAR PRODUCT WHILE MOM WAS IN SKILLED NURSING FACILITY SO BOUGHT FOR ASSISTED LIVING APARTMENT. EXTREMELY USEFUL, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GOOD FOR BEDSIDE COMMODE, EASE OF USE WITH REGULAR TOILET, AND AS SHOWER CHAIR. WILL ABSOLUTELY DO BUSINESS WITH TIGER MEDICAL AGAIN.

Great scooter This is my husbands second go go ultra X scooter. It meets all his needs and is durable and light weight for traveling. Very convenient to take on airline without taking it apart. Would recommend it to anyone with mobility problems. His first scooter lasted him 7 years and was used at least 2-3 times weekly. This scooter has allowed him to vacation with the family, attend sporting events, amusement parks, stock shows and a lot of other events with our grand children and family. Really a great purchase.

Great Customer Service Great Customer Service. Landed on them by mistake thinking I was calling a different company. You know there are certain things you just should not buy on any random website. Jeff at Tiger Medical went way out of his way to accommodate me. Was ordering a ECG Machine for the office. Had many questions so I called them.
