They sent expired medical kits and won't take them back, showing some very poor looking documents to prove that items are not expired when the packages say clearly expired June 2021 (now it is September 2021) Customer service was not helpful, manager was rude, he even mentioned that i am not from USA and don't know how the country works, I guess that's how he treats people with a different accent... BTW i am an American citizen for many years. Just beware of this company, they take your money and send whatever...
