GBEasy to start and stick to. I purchased the app based on a coworker’s recommendation. She lost 26 pounds and continues to use it to maintain. Even though I just started the timing and the motivation are very helpful. The tips help me to not feel so hungry. I have tried many ways to lose weight, including keto diet, sports, slimming products, all failed. This time, I have very high hopes for this now. Keep going!

GBGreat App for beginners So far I'm on day 3, which has been a good start. I enjoy the schedule and timer to keep me going, and the tips help motivate me. The built-in learning process is really great. I do wish it had more of a food and drink journal though, and please add some warnings if the user takes too much where it would make weight loss difficult.

GBInformative app. Learned a lot. I just joined and found it works! I like this app because it reminds me that I should eat and now I am keeping track of my water as well. I used to be unable to stic to a plan. Now I'm doing well. Since I have just started I have seen progress yet, hope I can stick to it longer this time. But I am going to keep an open mind and do as the app says. I will update this as soon as results are seen. All in all I like this app.

ATMostly good app I love the different fasting options available. I already lost 10 lb in 3 week and my stomach feels so much better. Still enjoy wine and my appetite is less than it used to be. Better if this app is free.
