I’ve had nothing but great experiences… I’ve had nothing but great experiences shopping with this family owned business. They offer a great array of natural pet products and seem to truly care about providing the best access to quality food for you and your pet.

I love the product I have been using… I love the product I have been using for years and no where I was able to find it . Finally I found it in this website but they are beyond website. They are amazing family, very personable and kind they made my purchase last time as great experience and that why I keep ordering from them❤️🙏🏼

Responsive, great customer service This is a small, family-owned company and it shows in their care and responsiveness. When I placed an order, my items were out of stock but they emailed me and I was able to choose an alternative that then shipped very quickly. They carry Frankly Pet chews, which are the longest lasting digestible non-rawhide chews I've tried for my dog, who loves them. I will keep ordering!

Excellent Company to Do Business With I regularly purchase pet food from this company. I purchase a product that I've had difficulty finding at other pet food stores. I buy this product (Northwest Naturals Whitefish Recipe Freeze-Dried Cat Food) because the owner of Natural Pet Warehouse took a significant amount of time going over each ingredient with me to make sure I would be satisfied with this product. I'm very particular with what I feed my cats since many 'so called' cat foods have ingredients that are actually toxic and/or have chemical ingredients that no cat should be given. I've been purchasing this product from this company for almost 3 years now and I will continue to do so. I order online from my account page, which is very easy to do, and delivery is fast. I highly recommend this company.

Quick shipping, good prices, and healthier options Everything was shipped so quickly and packed well. The prices are great and they have a wide selection of healthier options for food. It's discouraging when you go to the main retailers and see the unhealthy dog food/treats with lots of preservatives and fillers, but I'm so happy that there are so many good options at Natural Pet Warehouse.
