Excellent customer service This small company goes above and beyond the definition of customer service. They told me when they were getting a shipment of elk antlers and sent me lighter ones as I requested. I will get all my products from them from now on.

This company is wonderful This company is wonderful! Great customer service and communication. The selection is top notch and they even sent me a shortbread cookie with my order. Nicely done@

Natural Pet Warehouse always stocks my… Natural Pet Warehouse always stocks my precious kitty-kids' favorite foods even when the local fancy-schmancy pet food store consistently runs out. I'd be in deep trouble if I had to feed them anything but their chosen menu, and I appreciate knowing right where to go & that the shipping is lightning-fast as well. Thanks for the human treats in every box too--nice touch!

Excellent Company to Do Business With I regularly purchase pet food from this company. I purchase a product that I've had difficulty finding at other pet food stores. I buy this product (Northwest Naturals Whitefish Recipe Freeze-Dried Cat Food) because the owner of Natural Pet Warehouse took a significant amount of time going over each ingredient with me to make sure I would be satisfied with this product. I'm very particular with what I feed my cats since many 'so called' cat foods have ingredients that are actually toxic and/or have chemical ingredients that no cat should be given. I've been purchasing this product from this company for almost 3 years now and I will continue to do so. I order online from my account page, which is very easy to do, and delivery is fast. I highly recommend this company.

Great Experience Every Time We wanted to start giving our dogs some treats for their joints. We have ordered Sea Cucumber Formula Sea Jerky treats. They look forward to them every morning. We have ordered 3 times now. If I place my order early, I get it the next day. Brandon really cares that you are happy. If you reach out to him, he gets back to you that day. I will continue to order from him. They give a human treat too, which I think is very cute.
