Responsive, great customer service This is a small, family-owned company and it shows in their care and responsiveness. When I placed an order, my items were out of stock but they emailed me and I was able to choose an alternative that then shipped very quickly. They carry Frankly Pet chews, which are the longest lasting digestible non-rawhide chews I've tried for my dog, who loves them. I will keep ordering!

Excellent customer service This small company goes above and beyond the definition of customer service. They told me when they were getting a shipment of elk antlers and sent me lighter ones as I requested. I will get all my products from them from now on.

Naturalpetwarehouse #1 in my book. Naturalpetwarehouse has a great variety of pet foods, treats and toys. As my dog has a multitude of allergies it’s nice to know I can get her treats that won’t upset her at an affordable price. I give her treats from The Real Meat company because they don’t upset her and the Natural pet warehouse is the only company that sells them without breaking the bank.
