Excellent customer service This small company goes above and beyond the definition of customer service. They told me when they were getting a shipment of elk antlers and sent me lighter ones as I requested. I will get all my products from them from now on.

Well, we are on our second bag and she isn't turning a single one down. I can't find these around where I live to purchase so I'm very thankful I found them here to do so. The shipping was fast. The price is great. I know I will be a repeat customer for as long as I'm able. I highly recommend this company to everyone. Responsive, great customer service This is a small, family-owned company and it shows in their care and responsiveness. When I placed an order, my items were out of stock but they emailed me and I was able to choose an alternative that then shipped very quickly. They carry Frankly Pet chews, which are the longest lasting digestible non-rawhide chews I've tried for my dog, who loves them. I will keep ordering!
