I appreciate being kept informed & this company didn't let me down & all was done in a timely fashion in spite of sending out of country! I do recommend doing business with this company

CAHappy with my purchase I'm in Canada and I was ordering some products we can't get up here. Communication from nutriessentials was great and shipping was just as quick as some larger US businesses I have ordered from. I was a bit nervous since I had read some bad reviews after I had impulsively made my purchase but I have zero complaints and will definitely be ordering from them again.

CAI ordered probiotics from them December… I ordered probiotics from them December 23 2023 and to date have not received them been over 2 months. Sent 16 emails that they reply to but always say they forwarded to concerned department and the give an excuse, apologize and say customer service is top priority lol. Asked for money back and the said they don’t do refunds. $152 USD After posting this review someone got in touch with me and promised to resend the product asap. It finally arrived 3 weeks later. Ordered December 23rd received after much aggravation March 18, 2024

ILCrooks Crooks. Stay away. I payed 29.5 dollars for international shipment via ups. The vitamins arrived after 3 months. The items were sent only one month ago. The expiration date, which was not stated in the order, is 8.24. Even though the order was 29 US dollars, they wrote on the envelope 120 us dollars and therefore the customs asked me for taxes. I asked for my money back but off course didn’t get it. A total disgrace!

GBScam company - update You asked me to provide my order number - it's 54971, Maisie Joseph, I ordered physicians elemental drink - you would know this, because i have been emailing for weeks, so it's funny how you "can't find my details" LOOK IN YOUR INBOX FOR THE EMAILS UNASSISTED... Your support team is available 24/7? Funny that, as I have not received any sort of refund/response to where is my item, in weeks. Seems you only care about reviews, as I've got a response to my review, but no assistance with the emails I've been sending. The same email address that are on your site. So you are lying, there is no 24/7 customer service, there's not even customer service. The last response I got weeks ago was that, as it was in the UK apparently, I would have to attempt to locate/sort it - no idea where it is, to do so, and my local customs has got nothing, neither has my local or UK wide postal services. You said I might have to pay taxes, when I already paid for taxes in my order which totalled 192 dollars - again, I've had no request from anyone to pay taxes!!!!!! The product is 130, through a verified site, which I wish I would have gone with but didn't know they existed, you charged me 192 and then apparently are suggesting you didn't pay the taxes for it! I have no idea, I have received no item, no letter, nothing. For anyone thinking of this site, I urge you to look elsewhere, contact the exact manufacturer of the product you are looking for and ask them for verified suppliers.
