PEI ordered supplements worth nearly… I ordered supplements worth nearly $200, and it took two weeks until I received a tracking number from USPS. My guess is that the products are shipped from a warehouse in China or a similar location, which is why the shipping takes a long time. It altogether took three weeks for my parcel to arrive in Peru, after which it went missing. I sent an email to their customer support, and they advised me to contact customs. Customs told me that they didn't have my package, and after calling the local airport, I lodged a complaint with our local post office, who had previously claimed they didn't have my parcel. Today, I finally received my order. So, it's not a scam, but it does take a long time to arrive.

GBSo perfect! I've been using Nutriential really well since 2021. There are a lot of premium vitamin brands here. First of all, I'm surprised that the shipping is fast. I live in New Jersey and usually get a delivery in 2-3 days after I order. Only one item I ordered once was out of stock, and I've received a refund, and all other than that, it's so perfect. Besides, sometimes the promo code they send me makes me so happy.

CANo trust I wish I saw this site before I made my purchase to this company. I made an order in Mar.28,2024 the order number is 55571, and paid immediately 338.68USD. Just like same thing happened to others I never got anything until after I sent two emails, I got a long email back to explain and promise but nothing happened till now again. It has been almost a month I think I have to take some legal steps as obviously they ignored my request of refund in my last email. Just likely stealing money from my pocket. I wish everybody in good luck to make deal with this company.

CARachel Rachel, I have already spoken to Victoria and have asked 4 times for a refund. I have purchased my supplies from another source and is expected to come in next week. That is how a business should run. Expectations should be met by clear communication. Your company has none of it. Please refund me. This will be my 5th time asking.
