So perfect! I've been using Nutriential really well since 2021. There are a lot of premium vitamin brands here. First of all, I'm surprised that the shipping is fast. I live in New Jersey and usually get a delivery in 2-3 days after I order. Only one item I ordered once was out of stock, and I've received a refund, and all other than that, it's so perfect. Besides, sometimes the promo code they send me makes me so happy.

I ordered probiotics from them December… I ordered probiotics from them December 23 2023 and to date have not received them been over 2 months. Sent 16 emails that they reply to but always say they forwarded to concerned department and the give an excuse, apologize and say customer service is top priority lol. Asked for money back and the said they don’t do refunds. $152 USD After posting this review someone got in touch with me and promised to resend the product asap. It finally arrived 3 weeks later. I have placed an order on 10th of… I have placed an order on 10th of March. They stated the product was in stock online (other sites did not have it online). I followed up 31st of March and they said the product was not in stock. I complained and asked for my money back. So far today, I have not had a reply, nor received a refund nor the product.

I ordered supplements worth nearly… I ordered supplements worth nearly $200, and it took two weeks until I received a tracking number from USPS. My guess is that the products are shipped from a warehouse in China or a similar location, which is why the shipping takes a long time. It altogether took three weeks for my parcel to arrive in Peru, after which it went missing. I sent an email to their customer support, and they advised me to contact customs. Customs told me that they didn't have my package, and after calling the local airport, I lodged a complaint with our local post office, who had previously claimed they didn't have my parcel. Today, I finally received my order. So, it's not a scam, but it does take a long time to arrive.
