ILCrooks Crooks. Stay away. I payed 29.5 dollars for international shipment via ups. The vitamins arrived after 3 months. The items were sent only one month ago. The expiration date, which was not stated in the order, is 8.24. Even though the order was 29 US dollars, they wrote on the envelope 120 us dollars and therefore the customs asked me for taxes. I asked for my money back but off course didn’t get it. A total disgrace!

PEI ordered supplements worth nearly… I ordered supplements worth nearly $200, and it took two weeks until I received a tracking number from USPS. My guess is that the products are shipped from a warehouse in China or a similar location, which is why the shipping takes a long time. It altogether took three weeks for my parcel to arrive in Peru, after which it went missing. I sent an email to their customer support, and they advised me to contact customs. Customs told me that they didn't have my package, and after calling the local airport, I lodged a complaint with our local post office, who had previously claimed they didn't have my parcel. Today, I finally received my order. So, it's not a scam, but it does take a long time to arrive.

DESCAM DO NOT ORDER DO NOT ORDER, THEY ARE A SCAM! TLDR: 1. INCOMPLETE CUSTOMS DECLARATION = MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED 2. THEY LIED ABOUT THE PRODUCT VALUE ON THE CUSTOMS DECLARATION, THAT IS TAX EVASION 3. THEY REPLIED TO MY EMAIL AT FIRST, BUT THEN GHOSTED ONCE I PROVIDED PROOF OF THEIR SCAM 4. Maybe they allow some orders to successfully go through, so that people keep falling into the mistake that *they* will not be scammed. Strange that there are somehow so many positive AND negative reviews.... ... TL: I wish I read these reviews before ordering over $100 in products internationally. A few weeks after my order, the customs authority in my country informed me that the package was seized because Nutriessential did not provide enough information on the customs declaration (which is illegal for a business to do). I was provided a copy of that customs declaration, which showed that Nutriessential also declared the contents to be valued almost one hundred dollars less than the actual value I paid for (that's tax evasion). I still have all this proof, have asked for a refund from my bank, and will report them for fraud. Of course I emailed them first to ask nicely for a refund, to which they replied the order was still on its way. Then I showed them proof that the order had been seized and provided proof from the customs authority that it was their fault for my order not arriving. That's when the email replies stopped. Who knows what they actual mail to people. I will never be able to confirm what they mailed. The products were very overpriced on their website, and are not available in my country, so I ordered anyway. Don't make my mistake.

AUWebsite Is a scame I strongly believe this website is a scam after my experience. I purchased about $450AUD worth of supplements that I need for my PCOS and have received no tracking number or any emails confirming the package has been shipped. The link that they sent for tracking just says 'shipped' but no other details and I've contacted nutriessentials to get an update and tracking details, and they haven't responded at all. Given its an international shipment you'd expect tracking to ensure it doesn't get caught up in customs. Reading all the other reviews I believe I have been scammed. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company. If they get back to me and redeem themselves as a legitimate company, great, but until then, I would avoid at all costs UPDATE: they charged me an extra $75USD without my consent for 'shipping' but my package has been 'stuck' in Sydney for a week and I've got no way to access it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU EDIT: Their reply below is also unethical, they say they have 24 hour chat available on their website but they actually do not. You also can't reply on Trust Pilot that I know of so they pretend like they are really helpful but they are just offering options to troubleshoot the order that aren't actually available.

GBScam site. Don’t fall for it This company is a scam. I made an order and 10 days later they sent an email asking how I liked the order. I told them I never received it and rhey replied it’s out of stock and they would replace with another product. I’ve written theee times and they have sent some bot response. I’m contacting BBB and looking into federal nature of their crimes.
