PEI ordered supplements worth nearly… I ordered supplements worth nearly $200, and it took two weeks until I received a tracking number from USPS. My guess is that the products are shipped from a warehouse in China or a similar location, which is why the shipping takes a long time. It altogether took three weeks for my parcel to arrive in Peru, after which it went missing. I sent an email to their customer support, and they advised me to contact customs. Customs told me that they didn't have my package, and after calling the local airport, I lodged a complaint with our local post office, who had previously claimed they didn't have my parcel. Today, I finally received my order. So, it's not a scam, but it does take a long time to arrive.

AUI have placed an order on 10th of… I have placed an order on 10th of March. They stated the product was in stock online (other sites did not have it online). I followed up 31st of March and they said the product was not in stock. I complained and asked for my money back. So far today, I have not had a reply, nor received a refund nor the product.

CAPleased with Nutriessentials I'm pleased to say I got an immediate response back when I had placed my order. The company let me know when the order was shipped & when it was delivered. I appreciate being kept informed & this company didn't let me down & all was done in a timely fashion in spite of sending out of country! I do recommend doing business with this company

CAHappy with my purchase I'm in Canada and I was ordering some products we can't get up here. Communication from nutriessentials was great and shipping was just as quick as some larger US businesses I have ordered from. I was a bit nervous since I had read some bad reviews after I had impulsively made my purchase but I have zero complaints and will definitely be ordering from them again.

CARachel Rachel, I have already spoken to Victoria and have asked 4 times for a refund. I have purchased my supplies from another source and is expected to come in next week. That is how a business should run. Expectations should be met by clear communication. Your company has none of it. Please refund me. This will be my 5th time asking.
