Taking money every month for no reason Taking money every month for no reason. Need to cancel my card to get rid of them!

Took a test online and paid stated fee… Took a test online and paid stated fee to see results, now charging that fee monthly with no means of unsubscribing. I never subscribed to recurring fees to begin with. Will have to file visa fraud and charge back to stop. No way to contact company online or phone.

Unacceptable Practices!!!! Took an online test, was told there would be a one off payment for this which I was totally fine with. Nowhere did it say there would be a recurring monthly payment which was taken from my account without my knowledge.

Scam As others here have said, do not use this website, it looks like a legitimate website but takes money out of your bank once a month without your knowledge. I never signed up to pay them monthly!

Scammers Paid for an online test, and now they are taking money every month, and I have absolutely no recollection of signing any contract. Leave them well alone. Their website looks good and helpful, but can't find out how to cancel the recurring payment.
