Monthly billing for a test taken once Monthly billing for a test taken once. Had to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued in order to eliminate this scam.

Unacceptable Practices!!!! Took an online test, was told there would be a one off payment for this which I was totally fine with. Nowhere did it say there would be a recurring monthly payment which was taken from my account without my knowledge.

its really upsetting that it doesn’t… its really upsetting that it doesn’t tell you that you have to pay for results beforehand and not only that but they wont stop charging me.

Anyway to stop the monthly charges? Same happened to me that they charge me monthly and I don’t have a way to stop this subscription which I never accepted to subscribe to. Did anyone find a way to stop this monthly charge?
