When I found the Boost Very High calorie formula from Home Delivered, I was so pleased to know that I would no longer need to use 8 or 10 bottles of a mixture to get the calories needed to sustain my weight and aid in my recovery time. I ordered 2 boxes of collagen and only… I ordered 2 boxes of collagen and only received one! I emailed them and they sent me an email stating that it was due to product availability but didn’t send an invoice stating it was back ordered. I sent them another email and they then responded that I only ordered one! I sent them a photo of my order and disputed the charges! Do not buy from this company!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. 12 days waiting and they finally texted me. I told them to can order, had to order elsewhere they took so long. They lied and said it had mailed l and was too late to cancel. 2 da6s later I get a text from UPS stating a label had been created and package would ship soon. They lie. I don't need their product any longer.

Free shipping on most of my orders and delivered straight to my door within a few days. And there Customer Service Reps are outstanding. I would recommend this be your first stop in online shopping for personal home care products.

Do NOT order from these scam artists I ordered a dog food from this company because it promised it would deliver in two days, which was important because that's when we would be bringing home our new dog (it was the food his previous owner had been feeding him, so important to start him out on this). It didn't arrive on time and my order said it was delayed "due to inventory issues" which sounds like a typical excuse others have experienced. Tried to cancel since it obviously hadn't shipped and got a canned message "They would try" to cancel....but obviously after seeing what others have experienced, this doesn't sound like it will happen. Truly awful company...I wish I had checked reviews before ordering with them. Why are they still in business?? Why haven't they been shut down? Since I paid with Paypal have opened a dispute to try to get this cancelled and refunded. Absolutely awful scam artists!
