GBHorrible Customer Service I ordered a thickening agent for my youngest daughter which she needs to have to eat and I ordered it with 2nd day shipping on Friday, well on Monday morning I called my order wasn't even shipped out yet and I was told I wasn't going to get it for a few days although I paid for the extra shipping. The customer service was horrible and I was given zero help. I cancelled my order and will never be ordering from them again. They did nothing to help my needs or anything to resolve this.

Free shipping on most of my orders and delivered straight to my door within a few days. And there Customer Service Reps are outstanding. GBI ordered 2 boxes of collagen and only… I ordered 2 boxes of collagen and only received one! I emailed them and they sent me an email stating that it was due to product availability but didn’t send an invoice stating it was back ordered. I sent them another email and they then responded that I only ordered one! I sent them a photo of my order and disputed the charges! Do not buy from this company!

GBHoly Moli I spent much time trying to locate a supplier for the Hartmann product my loved one needed over three years ago. I settled on this supplier basically as I it appeared to offer the product we needed when others did not. There were some delays in the beginning due to manufacturer issues. Over the last year shipping times have improved significantly and my business now appears to be appreciated.

GBI Do not recommend this company I placed an order for Kirkland protein bars on March 7th. After 2 weeks I hadn't had any updates on my order. I emailed them and was told that my order was in the final stages of processing. I waited another week and a half before reaching out again and they said pretty much the same thing. So I told them if I didn't get refund or update on delivery I'd be contacting my credit card company to file a claim. I get an email from them the very next day saying my order was canceled... They say they're based out of the US so I don't see any reason why it would take so long to ship. This whole process took almost a month. Do not order from this company!
