USGREAT FEATURES, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES TEAM I have worked with Linga at very different stages of the POS game. As a restaurant manager i loved how easy the system was to navigate thru back office and how user friendly it was for staffing. My favorite feature was offline mode. In small towns our internet is forever going out. I am able to run my kitchen and bar with Linga completely offline on busy Friday nights. I currently work with Linga thru a ISO ( Card Payment Solutions) I have had great success with replacing old systems such as Restaurant Manager, Aloha, Cake, and even Toast. From the Sales team Robin, Megan to the implentation and training guys Nate, Rene, Bryce all are so very helpful and willing to take the time to train myself, owners, manager and staff. Customer Service is great John K. is always quick to respond and help me get any issues resolved in a timely manor. And knowing that Linga is constantly building and adding team members to make our service better keeps me selling this system.

KWReview before signing up At first i liked everything about the company products for new project we are working on. Then i scheduled for a demo but didnt recive any link for the live demo and when i emailed, called thire office in Dubai the respond was "sorry we forgot" let's do a demo after 3 hours. So i decided to reach out for their sales head office in the U.S and guess what ? 2 days no respond and when you call a very rude women answers the phone and the answer there is no one now from sales. my concern is if this is the way before sale .. what will happen after sale ? We building a whole system on a company and we can't reach them. Do a good review on the company before you step in. I'm not saying they are good or bad .. just becarful

USExcellent Support!! My company just started with Linga a couple months ago with some difficult transitions into the new system, but JULIO RAMIREZ has been OUTSTANDING through it all! He is prompt with returning phone calls or emails and gets the job done quick! His knowledge of the system and how fast he can trouble shoot everything is amazing. USWe changed out internet provider and… We changed out internet provider and the transition for my Linga POS was not a smooth one. Carlos was very patient and had us try everything he possible could to get us back up and running. He was very knowledgeable. We were on the phone with him for 2hrs 49 minutes and he never got mad or upset with us, if he did we didn't know it. It turned out that the internet provider had connected both companies cables into the router. If he had not taken the time to go through every possible scenario with us, we would not have found the problem. I appreciate his kindness and patience and understanding.

USNew to Linga We researched new POS systems for about a year, having been on the previous one for 12 years. We chose Linga. All in all, Linga is a very capable system. Very intuitive for back-end menu programming and for the FOH staff taking orders. It has some nice features that our old system lacked (PointOS) and some basic features that is missing, or that we are used to...an employee messaging system, the ability for employees to print-off weekly time in/out data etc...The system seems very stable, and works well minus the occasional issue where we seek assistance from Linga. Technical support is mostly helpful, but you will not get a support representative on the phone when calling; they will have someone call you back. Mostly, they are good at this. I have had one support call where I never received a call back due to the kitchen printer connectivity issue. The calls from support are VOIP, so the call quality is abysmal, plus language barriers make it difficult to understand what they are saying a lot of the time. Vasu, who was my on-boarding specialist was extremely helpful and thorough and has continued to offer us support after going live with Linga. If you choose Linga, be VERY careful to make sure you are getting the correct hardware needed. We had a few issues with this that were mostly resolved in a timely manner. One issue is that when I initially asked Linga (first phone call with them) about some system specifics, I was told that Linga would take ApplePay. Well, they do but specific credit card readers are needed. We were not sent these. In a word, there were some fairly basic communication issues. We were sent a kitchen printer that is not thermal, which is okay I suppose, but we were not asked questions specific to the type of printer we would like. All-in-all, we like the system so far, but time will tell how good long-term support is.
