WOO is amazing and there's so much gold (the templates, community of fellow business owners/managers, and 1:1 coaching just to name a few). I'm grateful for Stacy, her team and the coaches. The coaches I worked with 1 to 1 were Trisha, Christine and Sara. They helped me look at my business with a refined lens that uncovered inefficiencies and roadblocks in my business.

GBAccountability and Coaching Trisha has been my coach for over a year, first in WOO, and then PowerHouse. She is great at offering suggestions on things I wouldn't have thought about - advice on everything from having hard conversations with employees to strategies for sales. She kept me on track by helping me set goals and stay accountable to meeting those. She was also flexible when I needed to adjust those goals according to circumstances that happened such as an employee quitting or poor cash flow.

GBNot Just for Your Business Not Just for Your Business While I joined WOO for the purpose of growing my business, I do still have a W2 job and I've been amazed at how much WOO works for the W2 job as well. The purpose and importance of systems translate for both your personal business and a W2 job. So, does the one-on-one meetings with team members (or direct reports). WOO has also increased my confidence level, not just for my business, my W2 job, but also for town positions that I hold. WOO is an investment, but the returns are great!

GBWhew! Whew. Talk about blind spots. We had 'em all. Our core team went through the WOO curriculum twice so that we could absorb all of the potent insights. There is no going back to the old ways. We now have systems in place for internal and external operational support to keep ourselves on track with goals and provide consistently premium services to clients. GBGrowing Pains We started WOO because although we had been in business for 20 years we had hit a point where we could no longer grow to the next level of business. WOO and their team have taught us so much. WOO has a similar culture to our Company which has been so important in helping us to take our business to the next level.
