She is great at offering suggestions on things I wouldn't have thought about - advice on everything from having hard conversations with employees to strategies for sales. She kept me on track by helping me set goals and stay accountable to meeting those. She was also flexible when I needed to adjust those goals according to circumstances that happened such as an employee quitting or poor cash flow.
