Growing Pains We started WOO because although we had been in business for 20 years we had hit a point where we could no longer grow to the next level of business. Not Just for Your Business Not Just for Your Business While I joined WOO for the purpose of growing my business, I do still have a W2 job and I've been amazed at how much WOO works for the W2 job as well. The purpose and importance of systems translate for both your personal business and a W2 job. So, does the one-on-one meetings with team members (or direct reports).
