Whew! Whew. Talk about blind spots. We had 'em all. Our core team went through the WOO curriculum twice so that we could absorb all of the potent insights. There is no going back to the old ways. We now have systems in place for internal and external operational support to keep ourselves on track with goals and provide consistently premium services to clients. Systems create space for what's next… A business and it's owner can only scale if it is setting up systems and processes. Stacy has a way of making you question each segment of your business and life to ask yourself how can I make this into a repeatable system. Each system built creates a space to breathe and reduce stress by knowing what is coming next. I have found this extremely valuable!
