Whew! Whew. Talk about blind spots. We had 'em all. Our core team went through the WOO curriculum twice so that we could absorb all of the potent insights. There is no going back to the old ways. We now have systems in place for internal and external operational support to keep ourselves on track with goals and provide consistently premium services to clients. We could not have made this leap without the support of the WOO suite of coaches (Shout out to Trisha!) and extensive training materials. Thanks for leveling us up!

Growing Pains We started WOO because although we had been in business for 20 years we had hit a point where we could no longer grow to the next level of business. WOO and their team have taught us so much. WOO has a similar culture to our Company which has been so important in helping us to take our business to the next level. In the past, we have looked for business consultants and they always have a big business mindset. That didn’t fit with our Company. Accountability and Coaching Trisha has been my coach for over a year, first in WOO, and then PowerHouse. She is great at offering suggestions on things I wouldn't have thought about - advice on everything from having hard conversations with employees to strategies for sales. She kept me on track by helping me set goals and stay accountable to meeting those. She was also flexible when I needed to adjust those goals according to circumstances that happened such as an employee quitting or poor cash flow.

The team at Well-Oiled Operations The team at Well-Oiled Operations, led by Stacy Tuschl, is top-notch. I found so much value in the 6 months I worked with them. Alot of it I knew, but somehow being a part of the program, motivated me. And I also got so many great new ideas! I only wish I'd had a program like this 15 years ago!!
