The purpose and importance of systems translate for both your personal business and a W2 job. So, does the one-on-one meetings with team members (or direct reports). WOO has also increased my confidence level, not just for my business, my W2 job, but also for town positions that I hold. WOO is an investment, but the returns are great!

GBAccountability and Coaching Trisha has been my coach for over a year, first in WOO, and then PowerHouse. She is great at offering suggestions on things I wouldn't have thought about - advice on everything from having hard conversations with employees to strategies for sales. She kept me on track by helping me set goals and stay accountable to meeting those. She was also flexible when I needed to adjust those goals according to circumstances that happened such as an employee quitting or poor cash flow.
