GBWhew! Whew. Talk about blind spots. We had 'em all. Our core team went through the WOO curriculum twice so that we could absorb all of the potent insights. There is no going back to the old ways. We now have systems in place for internal and external operational support to keep ourselves on track with goals and provide consistently premium services to clients.
