Fantastic service. Fantastic service. My mirror arrived 2 days after ordering which in itself was very impressive. Unfortunately, I'd typed the measurements incorrectly on the website so the mirror didn't fit the space. When I spoke to Richard to re-order the mirror with the correct measurements, he said he would send out another mirror at no extra cost. I was blown away. Thank you very much. Service like this is hard to come by.

Delivered on time as scheduled,emailed 1 day prior delivery,dellivery driver helped us to unload mirrors to the property,really thankful to the guy called Mark for amending the mirrors after the order been placed and mirrors been produced and delivery arranged day after with no extra cost.Thank you Sumner Mirrors I will definitely use their service again as I am privately owned bespoke furniture company. Abysmal service - avoid this company It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still don't have the mirror. When I chased the order I was told that it hadn't been made yet due to an admin error. Then I wasted a day sitting in when, despite confirming delivery the following day by email and telephone, the mirror failed to arrive. When I called to find out where it was I was told it had been left off the van - another admin error - and that someone would call me back in 10 mins. They did not. Since then I have emailed twice asking for a refund and been completely ignored.

Outstanding service My experience with this company was an absolute delight. I ordered my mirrors on a Monday and received them within the 5 days as promised. The mirrors are of excellent quality will definitely be ordering from Sumner mirrors in the future. Mrs latif

5 star service! Ordered my mirror on the Monday morning and had my mirror delivered and professionally fitted by Friday afternoon as was promised by the very helpful lady I spoke to in the office. The 2 guys that came to fit my mirror were absolutely amazing, considering they had to get a 2.5m X 1.5m mirror down into my basement flat (which is hard enough to walk down, let alone carry a big mirror down). I can honestly say that I will be using mirrorfit in the near future again and will be highly recommending them to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.
