Outstanding customer service Special order of a mirror was delivered chipped to our site. We called to complain and they arranged immediately for a replacement with no questions asked. We will definitely be using them again

5 star service! Ordered my mirror on the Monday morning and had my mirror delivered and professionally fitted by Friday afternoon as was promised by the very helpful lady I spoke to in the office. The 2 guys that came to fit my mirror were absolutely amazing, considering they had to get a 2.5m X 1.5m mirror down into my basement flat (which is hard enough to walk down, let alone carry a big mirror down). I can honestly say that I will be using mirrorfit in the near future again and will be highly recommending them to all my friends and family. Keep up the good work guys.

Abysmal service - avoid this company It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still don't have the mirror. When I chased the order I was told that it hadn't been made yet due to an admin error. Then I wasted a day sitting in when, despite confirming delivery the following day by email and telephone, the mirror failed to arrive. When I called to find out where it was I was told it had been left off the van - another admin error - and that someone would call me back in 10 mins. They did not. Since then I have emailed twice asking for a refund and been completely ignored.

Excellent I was just searching around online for larger mirrors for my bathroom and came across this website which allowed you to enter your own dimensions, select a finish etc and work out a cost. I was impressed with the cost for the size mirror I ordered and it was delivered within the time specified. Would use this site again.

Excellent Having looked online for a made to measure mirror I didn't find many reasonable quotes. This company was great and offered me exactly what I was after including an immediate quote online. The mirror arrived within four days of ordering. I had to change the delivery address but this was not a problem. The company were willing to help in whatever way they could. The mirror is great, just what I was after!
