Having just upgraded 50 units across our mixed fleet after 5 years says that Surecam must be doing it right. Its a busy market place out there but you guys certainly stand out. From the ease of functionality and installation with the dashcams themselves to the simple but easily navigable software. Having these dashcams on our fleet have no doubt helped pull our insurance premium back to where we need them - more than a few times being used to bring 50/50 claims back into our favour or at worst countering bogus claims. Speed of downloads are superb. Multiple weekend installs never seem to be a problem and emails or queries - when they arise - are always answered promptly. Keep it up and you'll have Cougar Couriers custom for years !!

We had an issue with camera working We had an issue with camera working. We needed footage from an incident. SureCam folks went right to work to get what I needed. Unfortunately the power wire was loose and not making good connection. We didn’t get the footage we needed but it was our fault because of the wire. SureCam folks quickly found our issue and we had it resolved fast. Good people working there.

Cameras are easy to install/set up Cameras are easy to install/set up. Web portal is user friendly and easy to navigate. Have had a few minor camera issues but SureCam has been good to work with fixing/troubleshooting.
