SNAP made it easy Working with SNAP was quick, easy and made what could of been a dreadful trip to the mechanic shop. I'm so thankful for SNAP. Customer service was friendly and I, being internet ignorant, enjoyed the human interaction with their customer service people. I'm very satisfied with the whole deal and would use them again. 5 star experience depending on YOU If you pay off your balance within the 100 day window it’s great service. I needed money for car repairs the day of and it was approved. Plenty of locations in my area accepted SNAP. If you end up having to pay after the 100 days then the interest amount is somewhat predatory. Agents and customer service reps were helpful. Overall I had a good experience.

Great to have access to funds and… Great to have access to funds and ability to pay off without interest. Customer service was great for pay off. Wish it wasn’t required to call in for final payment, although rep was very kind.

10/10 snap finance and Cody is awesome! Cody was great at keeping conversation throughout the call. He made the experience more personal, and it was a great change of pace from any other customer service call I have experienced. I also appreciate how quick I was able to get a representative as well most other places it can take hours. Overall this was a wonderful experience. 10/10 highly recommend.
