They will continue to charge you after you have paid off your balance and then will make a litany of excuses for not refunding the money. The account is in my fiance's name but the payments came out of my bank account so you have my information as well. On Monday of this week, you promised him we would have the refund in my account within 2 days. It's now Thursday and still no refund. I guess it's time to get our lawyer involved.
