Maggie has been the BEST customer… Maggie has been the BEST customer service I’ve EVER received from any company and this is my honest opinion. She stayed with me from begging to end. Until my issue was fully addressed! Patient and understanding. Maggie deserves the best recognition of PREZZEE, she really understands what customer service is all about, she put” herself into my shoes”. Prezzee for the win To be honest Prezzee has been awesome for me. It’s convenient and easy to use ! They are very kind and I only had one issue which was on my part I ordered the wrong name brand gift card and it was a large amount and I was upset and there was nothing I could do so I gave them a call and they were able to refund it and I went and got the name brand I wanted in the first place so I most definitely recommend for you gift card needs. It’s also instant as far as getting the gift cards which is awesome!

I love using Prezzee I love using Prezzee. Love that I can choose multiple cards for multiple brands just splitting my money up. Amazing. Great to give as gifts to preteens and teenagers for holidays and birthdays.

Purchased a gift card that can’t use at… Purchased a gift card that can’t use at merchant and tried to get refund or exchange card and was not able to. Extremely heartbroken. The gift card was for a cruise and the merchant won’t except it . Now I am out the money.
