GBPurchased a gift card that can’t use at… Purchased a gift card that can’t use at merchant and tried to get refund or exchange card and was not able to. Extremely heartbroken. The gift card was for a cruise and the merchant won’t except it . Now I am out the money.

GBPrezzee for the win To be honest Prezzee has been awesome for me. It’s convenient and easy to use ! They are very kind and I only had one issue which was on my part I ordered the wrong name brand gift card and it was a large amount and I was upset and there was nothing I could do so I gave them a call and they were able to refund it and I went and got the name brand I wanted in the first place so I most definitely recommend for you gift card needs. It’s also instant as far as getting the gift cards which is awesome!

GBI love the ease! I love the ease! Prezzee makes gifting so easy. Do you have multiple employees to whom you need to distribute gift cards? Just upload your spreadsheet, select the amount, select a card design, and away it goes.

GBI had an issue ordering a gift card… I had an issue ordering a gift card using my old email address that was no fault of the company and they were able to easily remedy the situation with a simple email switch. Thank you Jhesha for getting everything resolved with very little effort on my side!
