"Kevin and Laura are the best" "Kevin and Laura are the best pet sitters in the city! They looked after our two golden retrievers for a month while my husband and I were away. Not only did our dogs receive multiple walks per day, lots of attention and fun outings, Kevin was also an excellent communicator sending updates and pictures. We are grateful to have met such amazing people who go out of their way to look after our furry friends."

Handy Site! This site is very handy. We found the BEST pet/house sitter on this site and couldn't be happier. There are serious programming issues with the App that should be addressed, but the site itself (when accessed via computer, not phone) is great.

In the past, we've struggled to find pet sitters who met our high expectations of dog care (2 walks/day, lots of cuddle & play time, etc.). DogVacay made it easy to connect with similarly-minded dog lovers! Much cheaper than a kennel, plus we were happy knowing our pup was receiving individual attention -- win/win!!

Five star(or more!) customer service! Five star(or more!) customer service! We were cancelled by our usual sitter last minute and could not find a backup sitter who fits our requirement on our own so we contacted DogVacay. And no more than 20 min I got the phone call from the concierge. I forgot her name but she's extremely helpful, asking about my requirements, confirming days and time, and sending request to sitters who might meet our needs on our behalf. And soon enough we found a match! I couldn't recommend DogVacay/Rover enough since I do feel they put their customers in the first place.

We booked with Anthony one night … We booked with Anthony one night boarding for our Pomeranian dog,Indiana Jones. It has been the first time when Indy was left with someone outside of our family members. Because Indy is not used to strangers, we knew she would go through anxiety...and, of course, we were very much worried. Anthony was such a professional, kind and wonderful host. He was able to make Indy feel comfortable and loved. He has also provided us, on daily basis, with detailed information about Indy, as well as pictures. We will repeat the boarding for Indy with full confidence she will be well taken care of and not missing us that much. Thank you, Anthony!
