First time shopper I am a new customer and Carl went out of his way to make sure my first shopping experience was the best it could be

Happy Customer I've recently became a customer of Windship Trading. I've had nothing but a great experience. My rep is absolutely amazing and I'm very happy to be working with him and the company.

Joe is the best rep I have industry… Joe is the best rep I have industry wide. These are tough times we're all scrambling to navigate, so things are going to go awry, but I wouldn't trade Joe for anyone, ever. He's the reason I purchase from Windship.

DON'T PLACE ORDERS WITH THEM IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVE THEM. 0 stars if possible. These Guys Are the worst company to deal with in this industry I have ever experienced.They Never answer there phone's or respond to emails. Horrible Way to operate a Distribution company. Still haven't received a refund/order from last year🤦🏽‍♂️ Multiple Follow Up messages and emails and still NO word back.🤦🏽‍♂️

Without stock... Not always all the products are available, too many back orders in the invoice. But everything's else is Okay, very glad with the time response, executive contact, and the product mix. So it would be only that issue; we had never get a order with all the products that we ask for, too many back ordered because they break stock.
