Nobody can seem to answer the phone in Marketing or even give a callback. Overall bad first impression on the first order! I will fulfill my business elsewhere until they get it together with their warehousing.

Excellent Service Windship Trading is one of the best at what they do. They have a great selection of products at competitive prices, and excellent customer service. They lost a star because of their inventory system. When ordering online, I frequently have issues with high demand items being on back-order, but displayed as in-stock. As annoying as this can be at times, Chad has done a great job of assisting me before I submit my order so I am aware of what's unavailable ahead of time and can make the appropriate substitutions.
