I paid and never received email… I paid amd then never received any email with instructions. I have not been able to do anything to date.

Service was quick & efficient - Blake was great Had to use the chat service as I didn’t receive an email from them to complete the submission form. The service from Blake was great, he dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. My daughter used the service before also and would highly recommend this. The process was easy and results delivered within a day of them receiving her sample. Would use again if required.

Didn't recieved order. No barcode email Didn't recieved order - I do not see any order email for digital download. Forgot password in your site also not sending password reset email. If it is possible please cancel my order and initiate a refund. Thanks
