I never received payment/shipping confirmation and tests I never received my test nor a confirmation for the payment and shipping

Riley helped me promptly with my test… Riley helped me promptly with my test results. I don’t now why I hadn’t received them yet but Riley got them in a flash and sent them to me in a pdf through our chat when my email was still acting up. Outstanding customer service my Riley! Thank you!!

Never received the test kit I paid for. Paid for the food sensitivity test but never received it. It's been 22 days. Seems fishy.
