GBUTI Lifesaver It was a late Saturday night when my UTI symptoms started. I went to the store for over OTC medicine. The symptoms didn't go away and I didn't get any sleep. on Sunday morning I called Teladoc and got a prescription within hours. Thank goodness it worked! If it weren't for Teladoc I would have been in pain much longer and the infection could have gotten worse before I could get into my PCP.

GBThis was my first time accessing… This was my first time accessing Teledoc & will use again after this pleasant experience. I called due to cough that had persisted for over a week. The provider listened to my concerns & could obviously hear the cough during the phone call. The provider went over my current meds & noticed I was already taking an antibiotic. At that point, provider recommended steroids. I am very thankful for having this option to speak with a qualified physician! Thank you Teledoc!

GBAfter all the drama insurance coverage After all the drama getting into Teladoc, my experience with the physician was very good they listen they spend time they diagnose and they explain everything you need to do if it’s covered by your employer it’s even better. Sometimes you need to see a physician after hours, and you can’t leave your home. This is the best solution.

GBQuick Response The quick response is wonderful instead of wasting a day trying to find a provider who can squeeze you in to their schedule. I had my appointment and an hour later was taking my first dose of medication for the illness. Perfect experience! (except for the illness).

GBHelps late at night With my insurance, the teladoc was $0 copay. While they couldn't help with my issue they did help determine if I could wait until the morning or needed to goto an ER. It was Sunday night so ER was the only place open if I couldn't wait. Also called in a prescription to my local pharmacy for an anti-nausea medication to help until I got to my regular doctor.
