Superior Both times, doctors quickly and effectively helped our children (we only seek help when it's needed and both times pediatrician has failed or wanted us to come for 'another evaluation'= office visit $) but Teladoc proved to be the best choice. So grateful for no-nonsense, quick, considerate care. Thanks and God bless

Quick Response The quick response is wonderful instead of wasting a day trying to find a provider who can squeeze you in to their schedule. I had my appointment and an hour later was taking my first dose of medication for the illness. Perfect experience! (except for the illness).

I am still shocked at how fast and easy… I am still shocked at how fast and easy that was! The coolest experience of my life (maybe a bit of an exaggeration, but WHOA!!!). I was able to register my account, set the appointment, and have the phone call appointment in the same amount of time it would have taken me to load my children up and start heading to an Urgent Care. We avoided the drive, the waiting room, and the repeating my symptoms multiple times to multiple people. It was probably the only doctor’s visit I’ve ever had that I actually felt heard and cared for! A simple health problem that had a simple solution and a fast and easy appointment to resolve the issue without unnecessary time and travel! SO COOL!

Excellent care The care I have recieved from my providers has been excellent. The only area for improvement I can recommend is for teladoc to fix the user interface. The video experience is not on par with what we've all come to expect especially compared to zoom and MS Teams. That said I still give them a "10".

I had a bad experience intially with the first doctor that encountered with Teladoc and bowed not to use the program anymore but Thank God for second chances. Thank you Dr. Shelby!
