However, with Teladoc Health there's no worries there! I turned to my insurance that provides Teladoc and within minutes I was speaking with a provider and provided medication to help my painful ear infection. Thank you again!

GBThis was my first time accessing… This was my first time accessing Teledoc & will use again after this pleasant experience. I called due to cough that had persisted for over a week. The provider listened to my concerns & could obviously hear the cough during the phone call. The provider went over my current meds & noticed I was already taking an antibiotic. At that point, provider recommended steroids. I am very thankful for having this option to speak with a qualified physician! Thank you Teledoc!

GBSuperior Both times, doctors quickly and effectively helped our children (we only seek help when it's needed and both times pediatrician has failed or wanted us to come for 'another evaluation'= office visit $) but Teladoc proved to be the best choice. GBLove it Easy to use, can get help if you run into a problem. Everyone so far is friendly and caring. Prescriptions are sent to pharmacy quickly. The only thing that needs improvement is asking how the patient takes the medication such as dosage. example asthma inhaler, how many puffs to take per day. This is critical, each patient is different
