Convenient, Fast, Helpful, I was able to create an account and get in touch with a doctor within 30 minutes - close to midnight on a Saturday! The appointment itself was a wonderful experience. The female doctor was kind and a good listener. She explained things clearly and was very helpful in providing advice on next steps. Although I wasn't able to get a prescription on the same call/night (not because of the doctor, but due to policy), I was able to visit an urgent care the next day as advised, and did get my prescription.

The provider was respectful and… The provider was respectful and listened to the symptoms my son was having. He was able to give a diagnosis based off his symptoms and even prescribe him medication that’s been helping him feel so much better. The best part was not having to bring a sick child out of the house.

Pleasant and quick Had a really cool gal talk me through the process. Didn't even have time to finish that call before the doctor rang, got the prescription few hours later. First personal experience with these guys, even a buffoon like I could understand everything. Have my gratitude

Top notch care from the comfort of my home. I love being able to receive top notch care from the comfort of my home. It's nice not having to risk being exposed to other sickness while taking care of my family's health.

During the weekend late in the day it's… During the weekend late in the day it's hard to find an urgent care that's near you for your convenience. However, with Teladoc Health there's no worries there! I turned to my insurance that provides Teladoc and within minutes I was speaking with a provider and provided medication to help my painful ear infection. Thank you again!
