Great Audiologist in Los Gatos Dr. Novik has been great. She really works with her patients to make sure they have the best Audiology support they can have. She has always been available when I have had a problem and can usually fix my hearing aids in house when something is wrong. When she has had to send them out she has had loaners and the turn around time has been very quick

I cannot adequately express my… I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Dr Novick and Patricia for their professionalism and sincerity. I had tried hearing aids a few years ago and they sat in my drawer. I was missing so much in conversation I had to try again. They persisted until we found my perfect match. Not all hearing aids are the same and humans , of course, vary widely in what they are missing and what they need and what they can tolerate. Finding this sweet spot is no easy task. I cannot imagine buying these devices off the shelf and expecting this kind of result. I will be forever grateful.

Excellent center that cares about its patients! I would highly recommend Dr. Marni Novick and her excellent team at Silicon Valley Hearing. They tested, fitted, and ordered the perfect hearing aides for my 87 year old mother, and have patiently been working with and helping here in every way get adjusted to wearing them regularly.
