Every visit a plus Every visit to Silicon Valley Hearing is a plus. I am convinced that Dr. Novick is thoroughly devoted to making me hear well, and that attitude is passed to her staff. My most recent visit was sort of minimal, checking out my hearing aids and discussing life after their warranty expires. Still good.

I cannot adequately express my… I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Dr Novick and Patricia for their professionalism and sincerity. I had tried hearing aids a few years ago and they sat in my drawer. I was missing so much in conversation I had to try again. They persisted until we found my perfect match. Not all hearing aids are the same and humans , of course, vary widely in what they are missing and what they need and what they can tolerate. Finding this sweet spot is no easy task. I cannot imagine buying these devices off the shelf and expecting this kind of result. I will be forever grateful.
