Better Speech has helped me gain… Better Speech has helped me gain confidence in speaking! I stutter a lot. It's a problem I have endured for years. With encouragement from my brother, I enrolled in speech therapy that was recommended to me by a friend. After a few months of sessions, I have really improved well!

This company appears to be a scam This company appears to be a scam. They tell you they will match you within 24-48 hours and services will be $65 a session. Without authorizing it, they charged our credit card $240 after the intake, before any services were rendered, and before they scheduled the first meeting. This is unheard of in the healthcare industry to charge before getting services. It has been eight days, and we still have not heard from anyone about scheduling the first appointment even though they already charged us. I finally got an email back saying they are trying to match us with someone in our area despite the fact their website advertises no wait time. How about not charging until after the first session????

Betterspeech.com feedback Betterspeech.com provides access to licensed speech therapists and practice materials. The website has some navigational issues that can be a little confusing. The billing process is convoluted as clients have to request a "Superbill" that is initiated by the therapist for clients to submit to insurance. Unfortunately, the therapists cannot answer questions about the billing invoice and only their personal name and address show on it. Insurance rejected my claims as they couldn't contact the company for verification. I resubmitted claims with Betterspeech.com's phone number and hope the claims are approved and that I will receive some covered reimbursement. The therapy itself was satisfactory.

Measured and Amazing! My therapist was amazing. She was cautious to not let your expectations run wild; however, having someone with the speech therapy style of Dr. Mort Cooper, someone who believes a person can completely stop stuttering, could be advantageous.

Better Speech had been my partner for… Better Speech had been my partner for months in my goal to improve my speech. I have stuttering problem. I have the words to say but as soon as I start speaking, I stutter and people had difficulty understanding me. After a couple of months therapy and speech practices, I confidently say that I have greatly improved and have gained confidence in speaking.
