ALS is a cruel disease ALS is a cruel disease. My mum is 83 and had great difficulty speaking and swallowing much of anything. Food was getting trapped in her throat and blocking her air way was happening more often. she battled for each breath. The riluzole did very little to help her. The medical team did even less. Her decline was rapid and devastating. The psychological support from the medical centre was non-existent and if it were not for the sensitive care and attention of our primary physician, there she would have died. Absolute scam Absolute scam. I signed up for the video library to work on my lisp, but the resources are not suitable for adult speech therapy. I have a hard time believing they'd be useful for anything. But the biggest issue is I cannot cancel my subscription! There is no option to do so on their website, and they have not responded to phone calls or emails. I've had to repeatedly dispute the charges through my bank and will be trying to find a solution to block future charges as well.

easy and super helpful This service is so easy, i signed up, got a therapist and got to set up an appointment right away that worked with my schedule. so glad to see that services like speech therapy are finally catching up to the rest of the convenience age! therapy is great, i can't believe how many good tips, exercises and methods in just the first session. really recommend it!

Perfect online source for SLP. Great Speech had been perfect for my son. We live in an area that is rather remote and don't have many SLP options. Great Speech has given us early intervention for our child. Our therapist is fantastic and has been working well with my toddler to keep him engaged in the session and work with us as parents.

This company appears to be a scam This company appears to be a scam. They tell you they will match you within 24-48 hours and services will be $65 a session. Without authorizing it, they charged our credit card $240 after the intake, before any services were rendered, and before they scheduled the first meeting. This is unheard of in the healthcare industry to charge before getting services. It has been eight days, and we still have not heard from anyone about scheduling the first appointment even though they already charged us. I finally got an email back saying they are trying to match us with someone in our area despite the fact their website advertises no wait time. How about not charging until after the first session????
