Not only did we work through many different kinds of memory tests and exercises together, but also she helped me gradually regain my confidence, so that I could restart daily activities such as driving. Betterspeech.com feedback Betterspeech.com provides access to licensed speech therapists and practice materials. The website has some navigational issues that can be a little confusing. The billing process is convoluted as clients have to request a "Superbill" that is initiated by the therapist for clients to submit to insurance. Unfortunately, the therapists cannot answer questions about the billing invoice and only their personal name and address show on it. Insurance rejected my claims as they couldn't contact the company for verification. I resubmitted claims with Betterspeech.com's phone number and hope the claims are approved and that I will receive some covered reimbursement. The therapy itself was satisfactory.
