Better Speech had been my partner for… Better Speech had been my partner for months in my goal to improve my speech. I have stuttering problem. I have the words to say but as soon as I start speaking, I stutter and people had difficulty understanding me. After a couple of months therapy and speech practices, I confidently say that I have greatly improved and have gained confidence in speaking. Thank you Better Speech especially to my speech therapist Susan.

Better Speech has unethical business practices We got a speech therapist through Better Speech. She was good. We liked her a lot and felt she was helping our daughter. Her therapist was not earning enough money through Better Speech and decided to move on to a different company. She had already built a relationship with our little girl and we wanted to continue. However, Better Speech threatened legal action of she continued to see us. Our little girl is heart broken. We will not be using Better Speech.

Betterspeech.com feedback Betterspeech.com provides access to licensed speech therapists and practice materials. The website has some navigational issues that can be a little confusing. The billing process is convoluted as clients have to request a "Superbill" that is initiated by the therapist for clients to submit to insurance. Unfortunately, the therapists cannot answer questions about the billing invoice and only their personal name and address show on it. Insurance rejected my claims as they couldn't contact the company for verification. I resubmitted claims with Betterspeech.com's phone number and hope the claims are approved and that I will receive some covered reimbursement. The therapy itself was satisfactory.

Very comfortable. I really felt relaxed at the sessions. What I was looking for were practical tips on clarity and i pledge to practice everyday. The therapist had practical knowledge on what he was teaching me. Also when he was making a point and we were past time, he still continued till he finished.
