Betterspeech.com feedback Betterspeech.com provides access to licensed speech therapists and practice materials. The website has some navigational issues that can be a little confusing. The billing process is convoluted as clients have to request a "Superbill" that is initiated by the therapist for clients to submit to insurance. Unfortunately, the therapists cannot answer questions about the billing invoice and only their personal name and address show on it. Insurance rejected my claims as they couldn't contact the company for verification. I resubmitted claims with Betterspeech.com's phone number and hope the claims are approved and that I will receive some covered reimbursement. The therapy itself was satisfactory.

Better Speech has unethical business practices We got a speech therapist through Better Speech. She was good. We liked her a lot and felt she was helping our daughter. Her therapist was not earning enough money through Better Speech and decided to move on to a different company. She had already built a relationship with our little girl and we wanted to continue. However, Better Speech threatened legal action of she continued to see us. Our little girl is heart broken. We will not be using Better Speech.

This company appears to be a scam This company appears to be a scam. They tell you they will match you within 24-48 hours and services will be $65 a session. Without authorizing it, they charged our credit card $240 after the intake, before any services were rendered, and before they scheduled the first meeting. This is unheard of in the healthcare industry to charge before getting services. It has been eight days, and we still have not heard from anyone about scheduling the first appointment even though they already charged us. I finally got an email back saying they are trying to match us with someone in our area despite the fact their website advertises no wait time. How about not charging until after the first session????

Better Speech is an excellent way to improve your speech on your schedule Better Speech is an excellent opportunity to improve your speech in the convenience of your home with flexible scheduling options. Our therapist Miss Lynda was nothing short of amazing! We have greatly appreciated and enjoyed the time spent together in speech therapy. Her kind, engaging and entertaining spirit has been well received. She will surely be missed.

As a homeschool mom I'm always looking for ways to improve my child's language skills, but sometimes it goes beyond our capability. When I sought out speech therapy for my daughter I admit, I was leery of an online resource. I couldn't have ended up in better hands locally. My daughter's speech therapist was incredible and truly takes interest in her clients. My daughter looked forward to her weekly session and discovered a love for "big words" as she calls them! If you're skeptical - don't be! Better Speech is a legitimate company with fantastic therapists!
