GBMeasured and Amazing! My therapist was amazing. She was cautious to not let your expectations run wild; however, having someone with the speech therapy style of Dr. Mort Cooper, someone who believes a person can completely stop stuttering, could be advantageous.

GBBetterspeech.com feedback Betterspeech.com provides access to licensed speech therapists and practice materials. The website has some navigational issues that can be a little confusing. The billing process is convoluted as clients have to request a "Superbill" that is initiated by the therapist for clients to submit to insurance. Unfortunately, the therapists cannot answer questions about the billing invoice and only their personal name and address show on it. Insurance rejected my claims as they couldn't contact the company for verification. I resubmitted claims with Betterspeech.com's phone number and hope the claims are approved and that I will receive some covered reimbursement. The therapy itself was satisfactory.

GBHighly Recommend Erica was fantastic! She did a great job working with our kiddo and was extraordinarily patient while working on challenging skills over Zoom with a 4 year old (who isn't always super focused)! She was super kind, amicable, and very attentive to our kiddo's needs and areas of strength and opportunity!

GBeasy and super helpful This service is so easy, i signed up, got a therapist and got to set up an appointment right away that worked with my schedule. so glad to see that services like speech therapy are finally catching up to the rest of the convenience age! therapy is great, i can't believe how many good tips, exercises and methods in just the first session. really recommend it!

CAAbsolute scam Absolute scam. I signed up for the video library to work on my lisp, but the resources are not suitable for adult speech therapy. I have a hard time believing they'd be useful for anything. But the biggest issue is I cannot cancel my subscription! There is no option to do so on their website, and they have not responded to phone calls or emails. I've had to repeatedly dispute the charges through my bank and will be trying to find a solution to block future charges as well.
