Significant speech improvement after stroke After my dad's stroke, he struggled with speech issues, but, thanks to Better Speech, his speech has improved significantly. The speech therapy sessions were tailored to his needs and the progress he made has been remarkable. We are grateful for the support and expertise of the Better Speech team in helping my dad regain his communication skills.

Absolute scam Absolute scam. I signed up for the video library to work on my lisp, but the resources are not suitable for adult speech therapy. I have a hard time believing they'd be useful for anything. But the biggest issue is I cannot cancel my subscription! There is no option to do so on their website, and they have not responded to phone calls or emails. I've had to repeatedly dispute the charges through my bank and will be trying to find a solution to block future charges as well.

Better Speech has unethical business practices We got a speech therapist through Better Speech. She was good. We liked her a lot and felt she was helping our daughter. Her therapist was not earning enough money through Better Speech and decided to move on to a different company. She had already built a relationship with our little girl and we wanted to continue. However, Better Speech threatened legal action of she continued to see us. Our little girl is heart broken. We will not be using Better Speech.

Betterspeech.com feedback Betterspeech.com provides access to licensed speech therapists and practice materials. The website has some navigational issues that can be a little confusing. The billing process is convoluted as clients have to request a "Superbill" that is initiated by the therapist for clients to submit to insurance. Unfortunately, the therapists cannot answer questions about the billing invoice and only their personal name and address show on it. Insurance rejected my claims as they couldn't contact the company for verification. I resubmitted claims with Betterspeech.com's phone number and hope the claims are approved and that I will receive some covered reimbursement. The therapy itself was satisfactory.

Better Speech platform gives family more time at home with amazing therapist Better Speech is a great program that is easy to use from home and anywhere online. Shannon was amazing at engaging our shy son - and building on their relationship each session! Her commitment to knowing him improved his confidence to speak and practice more. Truly appreciate her dedication. She cares for her clients.
