GBBetter Speech has unethical business practices We got a speech therapist through Better Speech. She was good. We liked her a lot and felt she was helping our daughter. Her therapist was not earning enough money through Better Speech and decided to move on to a different company. She had already built a relationship with our little girl and we wanted to continue. However, Better Speech threatened legal action of she continued to see us. Our little girl is heart broken. We will not be using Better Speech.

Shannon was amazing at engaging our shy son - and building on their relationship each session! Her commitment to knowing him improved his confidence to speak and practice more. GBThis company appears to be a scam This company appears to be a scam. They tell you they will match you within 24-48 hours and services will be $65 a session. Without authorizing it, they charged our credit card $240 after the intake, before any services were rendered, and before they scheduled the first meeting. This is unheard of in the healthcare industry to charge before getting services. It has been eight days, and we still have not heard from anyone about scheduling the first appointment even though they already charged us. I finally got an email back saying they are trying to match us with someone in our area despite the fact their website advertises no wait time. How about not charging until after the first session????

GBVery comfortable. I really felt relaxed at the sessions. What I was looking for were practical tips on clarity and i pledge to practice everyday. The therapist had practical knowledge on what he was teaching me. Also when he was making a point and we were past time, he still continued till he finished.

GBeasy and super helpful This service is so easy, i signed up, got a therapist and got to set up an appointment right away that worked with my schedule. so glad to see that services like speech therapy are finally catching up to the rest of the convenience age! therapy is great, i can't believe how many good tips, exercises and methods in just the first session. really recommend it!
