I worked with Dr. Capodaglio when, despite a highly demanding job as a derivatives trader, I was competing actively in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, so I had to conciliate 50 hrs work weeks and 10-15 hrs of training and conditioning weekly. Dr. Capodaglio help me fuel this lifestyle with nutritious but tasty food choices, minimizing the time required to prep/cook, and also with proper protocols for hydration and meal timing to maximize athletic performance, and also advice to how to minimize the negative effects of the occasional “cheat”, such as work dinners when I of course… indulged in some wine.

ITLosing weight and eat a lot?! After some failed attempts to lose weight I became a client of Dr. Capodaglio in 2020. The results were astonishing from the beginning: not only I lost weight, but I also learned how to eat healthy and take care of my body.
