Great Resource I have used Healthy Hearing for several years now, in my former practice, and a new one since June, 2021. Exceptional customer service Jill Cardinal was thorough in examining my hearing. She took the time to explain the test before-hand, during and after including the results. The front desk person is very friendly as well. These ladies understand what great customer service is all about. I recommend them.

How Kind And Wonderful They Are At Johnson Audiology From the moment I walked into the reception area everyone was very kind, friendly,caring, helpful. The audiologist was wonderful, she was very kind. I got my time mixed up for my appointment. When she found out my volume on my Cocklear was too loud, she saw me and I really like her. She was vert good at fixing my Cocklear. I am so glad I wet to Johnson Audiology.

I went to Healthy Hearing (West GA Audiology) in Douglasville, Ga and Teresa Villegas adjusted my aids and I hear better than ever. Taking the Time to Get It Right Grace was willing to take whatever time was needed to get it right. She administered many hearing tests in different situations and explained everything throughly. The follow up and satisfaction is ongoing and I feel she will be there whenever I have a question or concern.
