They are the best! I have been a patient for over 10 years and have had three different hearing aids over that period of time. Dr. Sherri and Dr. Mark have over the years addressed every situation that I have had. Everybody in the office is patient, understanding, The doctors are exceptionally knowledgeable audiologists who are current with modern technology and are a pleasure to deal with.

Hearing Aid Audiologists I have been wearing hearing aids for over 40 years. Professional Speech and Hearing Specialists are the first group I have been with who have helped me to finally hear things I haven’t heard in over 40 years. They are so knowledgeable about their products, caring, and helpful. I was with Dr. Lindsey today and she taught me some things I was struggling to do! I will never go back to a hearing specialist because I actually knew more about how the hearing aids worked than they knew. Before that (30 years ago), I was turned off by audiologists because they only did a hearing test and ordered the hearing aids. Then, when I had a problem, they never had any answers, but sent them back to the factory usually costing around $300 unless they were still under warranty. The problem usually wasn’t solved! This is the first time I have come across audiologists who understood the workings of the hearings aids. I hope to continue working with the audiologists at Professional Speech and Hearing Specialists for the rest of my life. Thank you Dr. Lindsey!

Exceptional customer service Jill Cardinal was thorough in examining my hearing. She took the time to explain the test before-hand, during and after including the results. The front desk person is very friendly as well. These ladies understand what great customer service is all about. I recommend them.

Yale Hearing Center continually does not return phone calls! Yale Hearing Center continually does NOT return phone calls! Problem has been ongoing for many months. It's almost impossible to speak with anyone at the Hearing Center. Very hard to do business with them.

Trish and Mark greet their clients with joyful caring attitudes Trish & Mark at the Hearing Life Center in Rockingham, NC, have such joyful, caring attitudes. They truly care about helping their clients. I took my mother for her annual hearing test today and we were greeted by these two caring people, they are the best! If I had to give them a rating it would be “excellent”!
