GBTerrible Company Terrible Company. We run restaurants and switched to Shift4 for processing. Their system is obviously not meant for restaurants. We had constant issues with tips not being processed, causing us to cover customer tips ourselves. Their cancellation policies are almost as bad as their system. They demanded we pay fees through the end of the year and wouldn't allow us to cancel even with 30 60 of 90 days notice. Hopefully that extra $25 per month was worth it, we'll be telling everyone who will listen not to use Shift4.

GBTrae was awesome Trae was awesome! He really helped me and my employees adapt to the new system as we were transitioning. Keep in mind these guys stayed 12 hours in case their assistance was needed. Highly recommend taking a look into this pos system, very sleek and convenient.

GBI love Shift4 I love Shift4! My POS system is so nice and it’s easy to use! There’s so many different features on the POS system. The website has a lot of different awesome features as well such as creating a website for your business and designing your own gift cards. You can even design your receipts. I’m so glad I made the change to Shift4. Highly recommend!

GBMary is top notch!! Mary has been a great parter to work with. She has always been there for us to quickly answer any question we have had and solve any issues (although very rare) in a timely manner. She has been great to explain their process and educate me on the credit card procedures. I would defiantly refer her to fellow business owners.

GBI have had an excellent customer… I have had an excellent customer service experience with Shift4, every time I call support or even my sales guy Jorge are always there for us when we need them. I highly recommend for all you credit card processing needs.
