She has always been there for us to quickly answer any question we have had and solve any issues (although very rare) in a timely manner. She has been great to explain their process and educate me on the credit card procedures. I would defiantly refer her to fellow business owners.

Avoid this company all at all costs Avoid this company all at all costs! I canceled my account with them and had not realized one of my checked from a customer had not cleared before canceling the credit card app account. I found out $845 had gone to shift4 but never made it into my bank because I had canceled too early 9 months later I’m still calling them daily asking where the F is my money!!!!???? They won’t give me an answer…..

Cornerstone Processing Solutions set us… Cornerstone Processing Solutions set us up with SkyTab POS by Shift4 and we have had great customer service when we needed it. When our end of the day printout showed zero sales...one call and they fixed it on their end quite quickly. My only concern is that I am finding it difficult to figure out how to upload information to my QuickBooks account.
