Excellent Service Jorge has been very helpful since day one with Shift4. We are utilizing the SkyTab POS system at our busy pediatrics office. Trae was awesome Trae was awesome! He really helped me and my employees adapt to the new system as we were transitioning. Keep in mind these guys stayed 12 hours in case their assistance was needed. Highly recommend taking a look into this pos system, very sleek and convenient.

Getting started with a new POS system… Getting started with a new POS system is never easy or without its hang-ups, but I found the Shift4 system to be intuitive and easy to learn. The setup and training, although not flawless, was excellent. The reps were available and knowledgable. Lots of good to say. Would recommend.

Avoid this company all at all costs Avoid this company all at all costs! I canceled my account with them and had not realized one of my checked from a customer had not cleared before canceling the credit card app account. I found out $845 had gone to shift4 but never made it into my bank because I had canceled too early 9 months later I’m still calling them daily asking where the F is my money!!!!???? They won’t give me an answer…..
