Nice system but always freezing Nice system but always freezing. I don’t know why I always update the system, but still sometimes freezing. I have restart the system to work.

Chris F is the best! I have really enjoyed using Shift4 for our card processing. I’m happy to have Chris F as our account manager at my shop, because he’s always happy to help me with any issue that arise and he answers super quickly. I would highly recommend Shift4 and especially Chris for anyone who needs a good card processing company with a direct point of contact.

Shift4 has amazing customer service Shift4 has amazing customer service. Richard gives it a personal touch unlike any other company I have dealt with. I highly recommend this company and will be spreading the word.

Terrible Company Terrible Company. We run restaurants and switched to Shift4 for processing. Their system is obviously not meant for restaurants. We had constant issues with tips not being processed, causing us to cover customer tips ourselves. Their cancellation policies are almost as bad as their system. They demanded we pay fees through the end of the year and wouldn't allow us to cancel even with 30 60 of 90 days notice. Hopefully that extra $25 per month was worth it, we'll be telling everyone who will listen not to use Shift4.

From the beginning of the process… From the beginning of the process Richard was amazing. Made sure I understood everything and what my options were. Helped me find the best program for our family owned Auto Repair facility and saved me so much money from our previous processing company. Wish I found him sooner!
