A great POS system After struggling with another point of sale we reached out and talked to Rich. He was great in explaining how the system worked and took the time to really give us the confidence we needed to go with this new system.

Avoid this company all at all costs Avoid this company all at all costs! I canceled my account with them and had not realized one of my checked from a customer had not cleared before canceling the credit card app account. I found out $845 had gone to shift4 but never made it into my bank because I had canceled too early 9 months later I’m still calling them daily asking where the F is my money!!!!???? They won’t give me an answer…..

I have had an excellent customer… I have had an excellent customer service experience with Shift4, every time I call support or even my sales guy Jorge are always there for us when we need them. I highly recommend for all you credit card processing needs.
