We have been using shift4 for a couple… We have been using shift4 for a couple years now in Cody WY in multiple locations. We have had great customer service and fast shipping on equipment and replacements. We are open 7 days a week and good to know that you can have someone helping on nights or Sundays when you need it.

Getting started with a new POS system… Getting started with a new POS system is never easy or without its hang-ups, but I found the Shift4 system to be intuitive and easy to learn. The setup and training, although not flawless, was excellent. The reps were available and knowledgable. Lots of good to say. Would recommend.

I love Shift4 I love Shift4! My POS system is so nice and it’s easy to use! There’s so many different features on the POS system. The website has a lot of different awesome features as well such as creating a website for your business and designing your own gift cards. You can even design your receipts. I’m so glad I made the change to Shift4. Highly recommend!

Terrible Company Terrible Company. We run restaurants and switched to Shift4 for processing. Their system is obviously not meant for restaurants. We had constant issues with tips not being processed, causing us to cover customer tips ourselves. Their cancellation policies are almost as bad as their system. They demanded we pay fees through the end of the year and wouldn't allow us to cancel even with 30 60 of 90 days notice. Hopefully that extra $25 per month was worth it, we'll be telling everyone who will listen not to use Shift4.
