GBTerrible Company Terrible Company. We run restaurants and switched to Shift4 for processing. Their system is obviously not meant for restaurants. We had constant issues with tips not being processed, causing us to cover customer tips ourselves. Their cancellation policies are almost as bad as their system. They demanded we pay fees through the end of the year and wouldn't allow us to cancel even with 30 60 of 90 days notice. Hopefully that extra $25 per month was worth it, we'll be telling everyone who will listen not to use Shift4.

GBShift4 has been a pleasure to work… Shift4 has been a pleasure to work with, we replaced clover and are much happier now. Our sales rep Jorge also is a pleasure to work with, always answers his phone.

GBMary is top notch!! Mary has been a great parter to work with. She has always been there for us to quickly answer any question we have had and solve any issues (although very rare) in a timely manner. She has been great to explain their process and educate me on the credit card procedures. I would defiantly refer her to fellow business owners.

GBNice system but always freezing Nice system but always freezing. I don’t know why I always update the system, but still sometimes freezing. I have restart the system to work.

GBCornerstone Processing Solutions set us… Cornerstone Processing Solutions set us up with SkyTab POS by Shift4 and we have had great customer service when we needed it. When our end of the day printout showed zero sales...one call and they fixed it on their end quite quickly. My only concern is that I am finding it difficult to figure out how to upload information to my QuickBooks account.
