Trae was awesome Trae was awesome! He really helped me and my employees adapt to the new system as we were transitioning. Keep in mind these guys stayed 12 hours in case their assistance was needed. Highly recommend taking a look into this pos system, very sleek and convenient.

Mary is top notch!! Mary has been a great parter to work with. She has always been there for us to quickly answer any question we have had and solve any issues (although very rare) in a timely manner. She has been great to explain their process and educate me on the credit card procedures. I would defiantly refer her to fellow business owners.

Chris F is the best! I have really enjoyed using Shift4 for our card processing. We have been using shift4 for a couple… We have been using shift4 for a couple years now in Cody WY in multiple locations. We have had great customer service and fast shipping on equipment and replacements. We are open 7 days a week and good to know that you can have someone helping on nights or Sundays when you need it.
