Excellent Service Jorge has been very helpful since day one with Shift4. We are utilizing the SkyTab POS system at our busy pediatrics office. A great POS system After struggling with another point of sale we reached out and talked to Rich. He was great in explaining how the system worked and took the time to really give us the confidence we needed to go with this new system.

Avoid this company all at all costs Avoid this company all at all costs! I canceled my account with them and had not realized one of my checked from a customer had not cleared before canceling the credit card app account. I found out $845 had gone to shift4 but never made it into my bank because I had canceled too early 9 months later I’m still calling them daily asking where the F is my money!!!!???? They won’t give me an answer…..

Cornerstone Processing Solutions set us… Cornerstone Processing Solutions set us up with SkyTab POS by Shift4 and we have had great customer service when we needed it. When our end of the day printout showed zero sales...one call and they fixed it on their end quite quickly. My only concern is that I am finding it difficult to figure out how to upload information to my QuickBooks account.
