We have been using shift4 for a couple… We have been using shift4 for a couple years now in Cody WY in multiple locations. We have had great customer service and fast shipping on equipment and replacements. We are open 7 days a week and good to know that you can have someone helping on nights or Sundays when you need it.

Chris F is the best! I have really enjoyed using Shift4 for our card processing. I’m happy to have Chris F as our account manager at my shop, because he’s always happy to help me with any issue that arise and he answers super quickly. Mary is top notch!! Mary has been a great parter to work with. She has always been there for us to quickly answer any question we have had and solve any issues (although very rare) in a timely manner. She has been great to explain their process and educate me on the credit card procedures. I would defiantly refer her to fellow business owners.
