Chris F is the best! I have really enjoyed using Shift4 for our card processing. I’m happy to have Chris F as our account manager at my shop, because he’s always happy to help me with any issue that arise and he answers super quickly. I would highly recommend Shift4 and especially Chris for anyone who needs a good card processing company with a direct point of contact.

Getting started with a new POS system… Getting started with a new POS system is never easy or without its hang-ups, but I found the Shift4 system to be intuitive and easy to learn. The setup and training, although not flawless, was excellent. The reps were available and knowledgable. Lots of good to say. Would recommend.

I have had an excellent customer… I have had an excellent customer service experience with Shift4, every time I call support or even my sales guy Jorge are always there for us when we need them. I highly recommend for all you credit card processing needs.

Trae was awesome Trae was awesome! He really helped me and my employees adapt to the new system as we were transitioning. Keep in mind these guys stayed 12 hours in case their assistance was needed. Highly recommend taking a look into this pos system, very sleek and convenient.

Nice system but always freezing Nice system but always freezing. I don’t know why I always update the system, but still sometimes freezing. I have restart the system to work.
