We have been using shift4 for a couple… We have been using shift4 for a couple years now in Cody WY in multiple locations. We have had great customer service and fast shipping on equipment and replacements. We are open 7 days a week and good to know that you can have someone helping on nights or Sundays when you need it.

Cornerstone Processing Solutions set us… Cornerstone Processing Solutions set us up with SkyTab POS by Shift4 and we have had great customer service when we needed it. When our end of the day printout showed zero sales...one call and they fixed it on their end quite quickly. My only concern is that I am finding it difficult to figure out how to upload information to my QuickBooks account.

Avoid this company all at all costs Avoid this company all at all costs! I canceled my account with them and had not realized one of my checked from a customer had not cleared before canceling the credit card app account. I found out $845 had gone to shift4 but never made it into my bank because I had canceled too early 9 months later I’m still calling them daily asking where the F is my money!!!!???? They won’t give me an answer…..

I love Shift4 I love Shift4! My POS system is so nice and it’s easy to use! There’s so many different features on the POS system. The website has a lot of different awesome features as well such as creating a website for your business and designing your own gift cards. You can even design your receipts. I’m so glad I made the change to Shift4. Highly recommend!

Chris F is the best! I have really enjoyed using Shift4 for our card processing. I’m happy to have Chris F as our account manager at my shop, because he’s always happy to help me with any issue that arise and he answers super quickly. I would highly recommend Shift4 and especially Chris for anyone who needs a good card processing company with a direct point of contact.
