USChris F is the best! I have really enjoyed using Shift4 for our card processing. I’m happy to have Chris F as our account manager at my shop, because he’s always happy to help me with any issue that arise and he answers super quickly. I would highly recommend Shift4 and especially Chris for anyone who needs a good card processing company with a direct point of contact.

USNice system but always freezing Nice system but always freezing. I don’t know why I always update the system, but still sometimes freezing. I have restart the system to work.

USAvoid this company all at all costs Avoid this company all at all costs! I canceled my account with them and had not realized one of my checked from a customer had not cleared before canceling the credit card app account. I found out $845 had gone to shift4 but never made it into my bank because I had canceled too early 9 months later I’m still calling them daily asking where the F is my money!!!!???? They won’t give me an answer…..

USTerrible Company Terrible Company. We run restaurants and switched to Shift4 for processing. Their system is obviously not meant for restaurants. We had constant issues with tips not being processed, causing us to cover customer tips ourselves. Their cancellation policies are almost as bad as their system. They demanded we pay fees through the end of the year and wouldn't allow us to cancel even with 30 60 of 90 days notice. Hopefully that extra $25 per month was worth it, we'll be telling everyone who will listen not to use Shift4.
