She has always been there for us to quickly answer any question we have had and solve any issues (although very rare) in a timely manner. Getting started with a new POS system… Getting started with a new POS system is never easy or without its hang-ups, but I found the Shift4 system to be intuitive and easy to learn. The setup and training, although not flawless, was excellent. The reps were available and knowledgable. Lots of good to say. Would recommend.
