Mane ROCKS!!! Mane has been marvelous to work with, guiding us through the process, smoothly, answering all our questions on a timely basis, and not only being extremely professional, but we consider her a friend. When our flights were canceled, she seamlessly rearranged all of our appointments, so that we did not have to deal with any of the issues on that end. That took a lot of pressure off of us for our trip.

In many difficult situations, may it be a lost or hard to get document, non responding office or agent, or difficult traveling schedules, things are resolved. Invaluable advice! My time with NC has been invaluable. My case manager Anahit was always very professional, knowledgeable, and responded to my requests very quickly. NC may not be for everyone, since their services are incredibly expensive and may not be worth it for some people, especially if you don't have a liquid net worth of over 7 figures.
