I Highly recommend Nomad Capitalist Great onboarding procedure. Great team. I felt very well taken care of all along the way. Whenever I had a question - and there were many - they were either answered immediately or researched profoundly in case they could not be answered right away. Relocating and moving your tax residency somewhere else is a very complex matter and I highly recommend not to go this way alone because there are many traps that one can fall into unless being guided by a professional. Ms Natalia Rincon has been helping us… Ms Natalia Rincon has been helping us with Portugal attorneys to reschedule our SEF appointments due to a health emergency requiring us to reschedule. Originally, Irena Progmet was our case manager with Nomad Capitalist and she did an exceptional job with all of our needs. It has taken almost two years to get a Golden Visa SEF appointment and Ms Rincon has been helping us. I would give a zero star rating if I… I would give a zero star rating if I could. They promise alot & deliver on nothing. We had a signed agreement in place, and they make you pay in advance, then when they don't fulfill their part of the agreement they stop answering all emails & phone calls. I was extremely disappointed & ended up paying another $30,000 direct to the external consultants that they had hired to finish the transfer pricing work because Nomad refused to pay, despite the fact that we had a written agreement. Once they have you money, don't expect delivery of their promises. Andrew Henderson makes lots of nice videos, but you don't want to engage his services.

Great Service Natalia was the most recent team member we worked with from Nomad Capital. She was always kind, helpful and professional. I can't say enough positive things about our experience although there were rocky moments and some delays we would rate our experience very highly. Many of the delays were outside of our control and that of Nomad.
