My dermatologist seemed very lazy and… My dermatologist seemed very lazy and uncaring. I told him I had concerns about taking Accutane with some of my conditions and I was told that was my only option. I asked if there was anything else he could help recommend and in his words exactly “unfortunately no”. then my account was immediately deactivated. I spent all this money for absolutely zero care or effort. I recommend going to see a real in person dermatologist

I had questions and reached out to my dermatologist and got clear and quick responses. They also gave me a lot of information in regards to my treatment plan. Another great thing is the delivery of the medication directly to my door!

Do not bother going through clear… Do not bother going through clear health unless you can pay out of pocket for the medication. No one at the company seems to know what insurances they work with until it gets denied and only then after spending $120 will you find out that they don't accept your insurance. I politely asked to be refunded given the circumstances and they refused. Very disheartening given that I never even spoke to or saw an actual doctor,
