Best Telehealth Experience Since Covid I've been using Clear Health for a couple of months now and I've been really enjoying the experience. The customer service team has been really great to me each time I reach out to them. I get my medication from my CVS, but I have gotten it from them before because my pharmacy doesn't have it in stock occasionally. I definitely would recommend this to a lot of people. I work from home so I don't have a 'traditional' lunch so being able to get the appointment done from home is awesome. I would say the only thing I don't like about them would probably be the lack of service on the weekends, but they always make sure to get back to me!

Do not bother going through clear… Do not bother going through clear health unless you can pay out of pocket for the medication. No one at the company seems to know what insurances they work with until it gets denied and only then after spending $120 will you find out that they don't accept your insurance. I politely asked to be refunded given the circumstances and they refused. Very disheartening given that I never even spoke to or saw an actual doctor,
