Great Telehealth service I personally used Clear Health for a telehealth alternative for Accutane in 2021 to 2022 and it changed my life. It was a great way to access something that was elusive before since I did not have great health insurance. I have since been able to go on to a fruitful life without acne. Do not bother going through clear… Do not bother going through clear health unless you can pay out of pocket for the medication. No one at the company seems to know what insurances they work with until it gets denied and only then after spending $120 will you find out that they don't accept your insurance. I politely asked to be refunded given the circumstances and they refused. Very disheartening given that I never even spoke to or saw an actual doctor,

Atrocious Customer Service The customer service at this place is atrocious. You are better off going to your own doctor. Getting refills requires jumping through hoops only to be left in the dark. No one responds and doctors deflect. Your customer service rivals Facebook.
