So much easier and quicker than going… So much easier and quicker than going through the in-person experience. This is my 2nd time going on Accutane, and I love how everything is organized in the online portal. Pills were also much cheaper than my local CVS and I was even able to get BC directly from my Clear physician!

Great Telehealth service I personally used Clear Health for a telehealth alternative for Accutane in 2021 to 2022 and it changed my life. It was a great way to access something that was elusive before since I did not have great health insurance. I have since been able to go on to a fruitful life without acne. The platform is easy to use and the support is helpful whenever things are needed, such as address changes or prescription questions. The dermatologists are helpful through the process and I can safely say it's a trustworthy platform.

Atrocious Customer Service The customer service at this place is atrocious. You are better off going to your own doctor. Getting refills requires jumping through hoops only to be left in the dark. No one responds and doctors deflect. Your customer service rivals Facebook.

Everything has been a smooth and easy… Everything has been a smooth and easy experience from the consultation to the follow up visits. The customer support is phenomenal! I had questions and reached out to my dermatologist and got clear and quick responses. They also gave me a lot of information in regards to my treatment plan. Another great thing is the delivery of the medication directly to my door!
