Atrocious Customer Service The customer service at this place is atrocious. You are better off going to your own doctor. Getting refills requires jumping through hoops only to be left in the dark. No one responds and doctors deflect. Your customer service rivals Facebook.

I had questions and reached out to my dermatologist and got clear and quick responses. They also gave me a lot of information in regards to my treatment plan. It's great if you are looking for a cheap, reliable, & consistent option for getting skin health treatment. My insurance won't cover Dermatologist visits and this is BY FAR the cheapest option.
