And monthly visits by phone or chat are unquestionably more convenient. But I'm so grateful for their process of navigating the iPledge program every month which is especially valuable for someone like me with ADHD. The first month I was anxious but then it became easy and stress free. Now I never worry about not receiving my medication within the iPledge 7-day window (a bigger potential problem than you first realize) because they schedule everything just so and the staff send helpful reminders at every step. The Dermatologists are thorough, quick to respond to questions and I never feel rushed unlike in-person visits. They even have a dedicated support line for those infamous side effects. There's no question I would choose Clear Health again and I highly recommend them to anyone reading this.

Easy In my experience, much easier than a doctor’s office. My favorite part is how they email you to remind you of what tasks need to be done. The med prices are more expensive than what you could get at a pharmacy with GoodRx but it is much more convenient to have them mailed to you.

Amazing and revolutionary acne treatment Its a great and cheap way to get one of the most expensive treatments for acne out there. The support is amazing, they really go out of their way to answer any questions you may have or address any concerns. The doctor too is readily available. I very highly recommend clear Health. Great Telehealth service I personally used Clear Health for a telehealth alternative for Accutane in 2021 to 2022 and it changed my life. It was a great way to access something that was elusive before since I did not have great health insurance. I have since been able to go on to a fruitful life without acne. The platform is easy to use and the support is helpful whenever things are needed, such as address changes or prescription questions. The dermatologists are helpful through the process and I can safely say it's a trustworthy platform.

Best Telehealth Experience Since Covid I've been using Clear Health for a couple of months now and I've been really enjoying the experience. The customer service team has been really great to me each time I reach out to them. I get my medication from my CVS, but I have gotten it from them before because my pharmacy doesn't have it in stock occasionally. I definitely would recommend this to a lot of people. I work from home so I don't have a 'traditional' lunch so being able to get the appointment done from home is awesome. I would say the only thing I don't like about them would probably be the lack of service on the weekends, but they always make sure to get back to me!
