Now I never worry about not receiving my medication within the iPledge 7-day window (a bigger potential problem than you first realize) because they schedule everything just so and the staff send helpful reminders at every step. The Dermatologists are thorough, quick to respond to questions and I never feel rushed unlike in-person visits. They even have a dedicated support line for those infamous side effects. There's no question I would choose Clear Health again and I highly recommend them to anyone reading this.

Great Telehealth service I personally used Clear Health for a telehealth alternative for Accutane in 2021 to 2022 and it changed my life. It was a great way to access something that was elusive before since I did not have great health insurance. I have since been able to go on to a fruitful life without acne. The platform is easy to use and the support is helpful whenever things are needed, such as address changes or prescription questions. The dermatologists are helpful through the process and I can safely say it's a trustworthy platform.

Do not bother going through clear… Do not bother going through clear health unless you can pay out of pocket for the medication. No one at the company seems to know what insurances they work with until it gets denied and only then after spending $120 will you find out that they don't accept your insurance. I politely asked to be refunded given the circumstances and they refused. Very disheartening given that I never even spoke to or saw an actual doctor,
