GBEasy In my experience, much easier than a doctor’s office. My favorite part is how they email you to remind you of what tasks need to be done. The med prices are more expensive than what you could get at a pharmacy with GoodRx but it is much more convenient to have them mailed to you.

GBCustomer support is on it Customer support is on it! Always helping me with things I need and ask. Also, their quick replies are amazing. I'm just grateful! Never thought I'll be getting accutane online. So much easier!

GBADHD approved Accutane treatment This was my first experience using telemedicine. Initially I signed up because they are more affordable (vs high deductible insurance). And monthly visits by phone or chat are unquestionably more convenient. But I'm so grateful for their process of navigating the iPledge program every month which is especially valuable for someone like me with ADHD. The first month I was anxious but then it became easy and stress free. Now I never worry about not receiving my medication within the iPledge 7-day window (a bigger potential problem than you first realize) because they schedule everything just so and the staff send helpful reminders at every step. The Dermatologists are thorough, quick to respond to questions and I never feel rushed unlike in-person visits. They even have a dedicated support line for those infamous side effects. There's no question I would choose Clear Health again and I highly recommend them to anyone reading this.

GBMy dermatologist seemed very lazy and… My dermatologist seemed very lazy and uncaring. I told him I had concerns about taking Accutane with some of my conditions and I was told that was my only option. I asked if there was anything else he could help recommend and in his words exactly “unfortunately no”. then my account was immediately deactivated. I spent all this money for absolutely zero care or effort. I recommend going to see a real in person dermatologist

GBDo not bother going through clear… Do not bother going through clear health unless you can pay out of pocket for the medication. No one at the company seems to know what insurances they work with until it gets denied and only then after spending $120 will you find out that they don't accept your insurance. I politely asked to be refunded given the circumstances and they refused. Very disheartening given that I never even spoke to or saw an actual doctor,
