GBDONT WORK HERE! DONT WORK HERE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, they do not call you, they take days to respond via email, so unhelpful. TERRIBLE TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES. I am losing clients because this website is so buggy. Most of all, you cannot even get a refund. So once you pay, you're in for a year unless you got the money to stop. Do not work here

GBPls be aware that if you are starting… Pls be aware that if you are starting as mobile business which most of us are the pharmacy will not deliver your supplies unless it’s a medical office. They will tell you to get a virtual office which cost about $99-200 a month in east coast or get your own LLC and to send your supplies will cost another $100. This company will not tell you this things you’ll find out after you signed up. You can’t talk to real person after signing up everything is through email even pharmacy issues. I emailed pharmacy inventory they never email me back in regards to where they send their supply here in Maryland. Very shady.

GBAs someone who signed up with… As someone who signed up with hydreight. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Before I signed up, they promised you the best service and benefits. Once you sign up, it a nightmare with delays with communication especially with hydreight inventory/ hydreight store. I just lost 3 clients waiting on an order I purchased with hydreight store. When you try to contact them, there is no phone contact information, only email. They don't read your emails because they asked you the same question several times. If you are doing business with them set up your own accounts with different pharmacies because if you go through them it a complete nightmare. They do not understand your frustration especially when you are trying to run a business. Edit 12/22/22 the excuse that hydreight gave is not true whatsoever. They have done this many times to me. It better to set up your own 503a and 503b pharmacy because if you go through them there is no issues,however, if you order through hydreight who uses those pharmacy anyways there are issues on their end. At least, when you set up your own account through the pharmacy, you can talk to a live person and not have to depend on email only like Hydreight which does not fix immediate issue. They do not try to fix their own mistakes. Please heed my warning

GBProud BP I'm proud to be a Business Partner with Hydreight. They've given me an amazing opportunity to own and operate a business! This isn't some "get rich quick" scheme, it's going to take hard work and effort. I am so thankful for the "one stop shop" feeling and attributes I get with partnering with Hydreight. While it's true that the onboarding process does take time (a few weeks in my case) and there are state specific guidelines to follow; I found that it's still a much easier model to follow than doing everything on my own. The new app takes some getting used to, but the more you use it the better it gets.
