GBAs someone who signed up with… As someone who signed up with hydreight. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Before I signed up, they promised you the best service and benefits. Once you sign up, it a nightmare with delays with communication especially with hydreight inventory/ hydreight store. I just lost 3 clients waiting on an order I purchased with hydreight store. When you try to contact them, there is no phone contact information, only email. They don't read your emails because they asked you the same question several times. If you are doing business with them set up your own accounts with different pharmacies because if you go through them it a complete nightmare. They do not understand your frustration especially when you are trying to run a business. Edit 12/22/22 the excuse that hydreight gave is not true whatsoever. They have done this many times to me. It better to set up your own 503a and 503b pharmacy because if you go through them there is no issues,however, if you order through hydreight who uses those pharmacy anyways there are issues on their end. At least, when you set up your own account through the pharmacy, you can talk to a live person and not have to depend on email only like Hydreight which does not fix immediate issue. They do not try to fix their own mistakes. Please heed my warning
