I know the team has my back! The back office details are handled with professionalism. They provide a HIPAA compliant app, medical director, doctor of pharmacy, standing orders, legal compliance, support team, sales and marketing direction, and so much more. This allows me to focus on delivering top-notch services to my clients without worrying about the administrative side. CAOBSESSED with Hydreight OBSESSED with Hydreight. I was just in Vegas for a weekend getaway and their hangover drip was a life saver! I went from feeling absolutely horrible to feeling fantastic. What I liked specifically about Hydreight over other IV services is that a Nurse came directly to my hotel room, so I didn't even have to leave my bed. Will 100% be using their app again!!

GBAs someone who signed up with… As someone who signed up with hydreight. I am very disappointed with the service I received. Before I signed up, they promised you the best service and benefits. Once you sign up, it a nightmare with delays with communication especially with hydreight inventory/ hydreight store. I just lost 3 clients waiting on an order I purchased with hydreight store. When you try to contact them, there is no phone contact information, only email. They don't read your emails because they asked you the same question several times. If you are doing business with them set up your own accounts with different pharmacies because if you go through them it a complete nightmare. They do not understand your frustration especially when you are trying to run a business. Edit 12/22/22 the excuse that hydreight gave is not true whatsoever. They have done this many times to me. It better to set up your own 503a and 503b pharmacy because if you go through them there is no issues,however, if you order through hydreight who uses those pharmacy anyways there are issues on their end. At least, when you set up your own account through the pharmacy, you can talk to a live person and not have to depend on email only like Hydreight which does not fix immediate issue. They do not try to fix their own mistakes. Please heed my warning

GBLOVE HYDREIGHT LOVE HYDREIGHT! The convenience of booking on the app and having a nurse come to my home was so nice. I wasn’t feeling well so I booked an immune infusion. Definitely telling all of my friends and family about it!

GBProud BP I'm proud to be a Business Partner with Hydreight. They've given me an amazing opportunity to own and operate a business! This isn't some "get rich quick" scheme, it's going to take hard work and effort. I am so thankful for the "one stop shop" feeling and attributes I get with partnering with Hydreight. While it's true that the onboarding process does take time (a few weeks in my case) and there are state specific guidelines to follow; I found that it's still a much easier model to follow than doing everything on my own. The new app takes some getting used to, but the more you use it the better it gets.
