The webbing of the vest is thin and rough material. It is slightly chaffing. Needs softer material or padding or should fit more like a harness instead of around the neck.

Nothing but praise for this company They helped me immediately so that I could take my service dog with me at the last minute when I was afraid she wouldn't be able to be with me at all times as is necessary. I got their help and not one word was said about her, thank heavens because I needed her help 4 times during the weekend. It turned out to be a great weekend at the convention with my helper there with me. People close by, were not only amazed to see her do her job, but I wasn't embarrassed by what might have happened to me if she hadn't been there. Thanks for your help!!
