I am very satisfied with the prompt… I am very satisfied with the prompt registration and receipt of all items. I really like everything, however I do have one recommendation. The webbing of the vest is thin and rough material. It is slightly chaffing. Needs softer material or padding or should fit more like a harness instead of around the neck.

Amazing Service! i’m not going to lie I was super excited to receive my package! It was a little bent up, and unfortunately I did order the wrong size vest for my pooch. Other than that it was amazing everything was sorted really neatly everything was dry which is a concern of mine since I get a lot of rain where I’m from.
