The easiness of finding a therapist… The easiness of finding a therapist that fits well with my personality and needs. The online portal to keep track of everything and communicate with my therapist. Virtual therapy has been the absolute best for me.

Not user friendly It's not as easy to login. I have to scroll and find email (they only send one appt reminder) and log into my portal that way. Not user friendly. Messaging system is whack..scheduling is streamlined. Who designed this!? If I didn't love my therapist, I'd go back to BetterHelp with zero hesitation.

My therapist is incredible My boyfriend and I have both had amazing success with Grow Therapy and my therapist is absolutely wonderful. She listens to me, challenges my negative thinking and helps me realize things and come to healthy resolutions with my thoughts and past experiences. I am so grateful I found Grow Therapy
