Great company to work for Grow has been such a pleasant company to work for thus far. The onboarding experience was smooth, and they walked me through each step of the way. Getting new clients has been effortless, and was a pleasant surprise. The documentation and invoice system has been very easy and convenient to use. I would highly recommend giving grow a try.

Grow is easy to access and use Grow is easy to access and use. It's tech, like it's virtual meeting platform, could be less clunky. I can't blur my background without crashing the system, which doesn't occur on any other software I use on the same computer and network. I love the ease of making appointments, payment, and insurance. And I think there's less concern with selling my medical information than with other competitors.

They have been informative and supportive from the first intake phone call. Being on the platform has allowed me to take my practice to the next level without fear of complicated invoicing. The ease of creating notes and being able to submit claims is superb! I would highly recommend grow therapy to any clinician who is looking to build their private practice.

Able to Breathe Again I went without therapy for a long time, until I was able to find Grow Therapy online. I love the profiles and pictures that are presented to choose from. This selection 100% helped me gain a little energy in whom i may be comfortable with. I especially appreciate the therapist providing everyday type pictures, it shows a little personality to introduction.

Not user friendly It's not as easy to login. I have to scroll and find email (they only send one appt reminder) and log into my portal that way. Not user friendly. Messaging system is whack..scheduling is streamlined. Who designed this!? If I didn't love my therapist, I'd go back to BetterHelp with zero hesitation.
