Teambuilding We kicked off the school year with the InnerWork Company providing teambuilding activities for our staff. The activities were spot on for showing the staff the power of working as a team, not as individuals. Our hats off to Ed Quinn and Darryl Pollard for an exceptional job.

Fantastic Team Building Event Ed and Jay were excellent from the start helping me navigating to build our team building event creative and fun. The trainer Doc understood what we were trying to accomplish through the activities that he selected for us, and he did wonderful job to encourage us creating team work, trusting to each other and be accountable through fun activities. Highly recommended.

I had one bad speaker experience with… I had one bad speaker experience with the company but after giving feedback they were able to rectify the situation quickly and the next session with a new speaker was better. I would rate the 1st session 1 star and the second session 4 stars so I'm giving them 3 stars to reflect an average of my experience with them.

Great Experience from Start to Finish Every aspect of working with InnerWork went smoothly. They are quick to respond and provide information. I had to put a pause in our process as we were understaffed and needed to get our numbers up before we committed, but once I was ready to move forward again it was like no time had passed and they didn't skip a beat. They really took an interest in out needs. Even with emails back and forth, they made sure to speak two me on the phone on multiple occasions to make sure a program was being designed to focus on what I desired. There was no pass off of information as I was put in contact with the facilitator of my event to discuss my needs with her as well.
