Reboot After years of successfully working together our experienced team was suffering trust issues that were negatively affecting both our financial performance and personal satisfaction. Three days of team building with Ed provided the necessary tools and perspective our highly motivated team needed to get back on track. The results have greatly exceeded expectation. It feels like we are once again all pulling on the same end of the rope with a renewed sense of purpose and trust. Work is fun again!

I had one bad speaker experience with… I had one bad speaker experience with the company but after giving feedback they were able to rectify the situation quickly and the next session with a new speaker was better. I would rate the 1st session 1 star and the second session 4 stars so I'm giving them 3 stars to reflect an average of my experience with them.

Success in a Time Crunch Ed and his team did an awesome job of assessing our needs, helping us dial in and prioritize what to tackle first. And then have fun and get to know our team better at the same time. We were in a time crunch and they were able to help us pull off a very successful leadership retreat in 2 weeks.
